Description

The Bandai HGUC #95 RX-93-v2 Hi-Nu Gundam is a 1/144 scale snap-fit plastic model kit from Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack - Beltorchika's Children. This kit recreates the alternate-universe version of Amuro Ray's Nu Gundam using a refined 2007 redesign with slimmed-down proportions and a distinctive royal blue and white color scheme. Suitable for beginner to intermediate builders, it assembles without glue or painting thanks to color-separated parts and polycap-jointed articulation. The Hi-Nu Gundam is Amuro Ray's custom Newtype-use mobile suit, designed with enhanced Psycommu and Psycho-Frame systems for superior performance against Neo Zeon forces.

Key Features

  • Detachable Fin Funnels: Two of the six fin funnels can be detached from the funnel rack and transformed into deployed firing mode, while the remaining four are fixed in storage position.
  • Color-Separated Parts: Shield camouflage pattern and overall mobile suit coloring are achieved through parts separation rather than stickers, providing accurate color reproduction straight from the box.
  • Polycap-Jointed Articulation: Head rotates and tilts via hinge and ball-joint neck, elbows and knees bend up to approximately 135 degrees, and funnel racks feature multiple articulation points.
  • Backpack Storage Gimmick: Storage hatches on the backpack open and close, allowing beam saber hilts to be stored when not in use.
  • Multiple Hand Options: Includes multipurpose weapon-holding hands and a trigger-finger right hand for holding the beam rifle or hyper bazooka.
  • Action Base Compatible: Features a 3mm hardpoint for mounting on any compatible Action Base (sold separately) for dynamic aerial poses.
  • Foil and Marking Stickers: Includes both foil stickers and marking stickers for additional detail.
