PreOrder Questions

A preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is not currently in stock.

The expected release date for the item is always detailed in the item description.

The item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Please note that the delivery date for your preordered item is an approximate estimate based on the expected arrival time provided by the vendor. It is possible that shipping delays may occur, which could affect the delivery date. We strive to provide the most accurate estimated delivery date for our preorders based on all available information, but please be aware that it is only an estimate. LA Scale Model is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to production or logistics issues. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your preordered item, please contact us directly.

Yes, the full amount for the item will be charged to your account when the order is placed.

It is possible to cancel your preorder, but there is a 25% restocking fee that will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for the preorder, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

The price of a preordered item is set at the time the order is placed. The price will not change after the order is placed, even if the price changes once the item is released.

Managing Orders

To check the status of your order, you can log in to your account with the store or check your order confirmation email for updates. You may also be able to check the status of your order by contacting the store directly.

It may be possible to change your order. It is best to contact us directly to see if a change is allowed and under what circumstances.
