Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or carrier issues will be announced on the home page and our Facebook Page. Be sure to follow our social media pages for the latest updates.

We currently only offer shipping to the lower 48 states in the United States.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Rerouting & Reshipment

To request a shipment reroute, please contact us at info@purplestonetech.com. Note that not all packages are eligible for rerouting; eligibility is determined by the shipping carrier. If eligible, rerouting incurs a $10 fee per shipment.

In the event of a failed delivery, we will notify you once the package is returned to us. You may then request reshipment or cancellation. For cancellations due to failed delivery, we will refund your original order amount minus the shipping cost.

For reshipments:

• If the original order had a shipping fee, 80% of this fee will be charged for reshipping.
• For orders with "Free Shipping," an 80% reshipping charge will apply.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please carefully review our full Return & Refund Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@purplestonetech.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
