The Bandai RG #12 1/144 RX-78GP01 Gundam GP01 Zephyranthes is a Real Grade model kit based on the prototype mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. This kit reproduces the GP01's distinctive Core Block System with a transformable Core Fighter II that docks with the mobile suit, along with detailed armor separation gimmicks and an advanced inner frame for impressive articulation. Recommended for intermediate builders, the RG line features small, detailed parts and a pre-molded inner frame that rewards careful assembly. Piloted by Kou Uraki, the GP01 Zephyranthes is one of the most recognizable Universal Century mobile suits, designed by legendary mechanical designer Shoji Kawamori.

Key Features

• Core Block System: Fully functioning Core Fighter II that transforms and docks with the mobile suit's torso, replicating the in-universe escape craft mechanism
• Advanced MS Joint Inner Frame: Pre-molded inner frame combining hard and soft plastics for articulated joints with armor-sliding gimmicks on the arms and legs
• Beam Rifle with Beam Jutte: Detailed beam rifle with removable ammo packs and an attachable beam jutte effect part for close-combat defense
• Collapsible Shield: Shield features a sliding gimmick that collapses into storage mode, with a dedicated molded hand for perpendicular grip
• Wide Articulation Range: Elbows bend up to 180 degrees and knees up to 165 degrees, with forward-swinging shoulder joints for dynamic posing
• Opening Cockpit Hatch: Cockpit hatch can be opened and closed to reveal interior detail
• Realistic Color Separation: Multi-color runner molding delivers accurate color separation with 246 parts across 9 runners, minimizing the need for paint
