Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team (機動戦士ガンダム 第08MS小隊 Hepburn: Kidō Senshi Gandamu Dai Zerohachi Emu Esu Shōtai?) is an original video animation (OVA) series directed by Takeyuki Kanda and Umanosuke Iida. Released between January 25, 1996 and July 25, 1999, the series spans twelve episodes and a compilation movie, Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team – Miller's Report, that also provides information on the events between episodes 08 and 09. The series is available to be streamed on Hulu.

The Bandai HGUC #155 RX-79[G]Ez-8 Gundam Ez8 is a 1/144 scale model kit based on the custom mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. Piloted by Shiro Amada, the Gundam Ez8 is a field-modified RX-79[G] Gundam Ground Type rebuilt after heavy damage during battle with the Apsaras II, resulting in a lighter frame with improved mobility. This High Grade Universal Century kit is suitable for beginner to intermediate builders, featuring snap-fit construction with no glue or painting required.
