Of these units, the Calibarn took the most strikingly different direction from that of the Lfrith. Unlike the Lfrith, which could be operated with minimal impact on the human body within a certain Permet Score, Calibarn prioritized mobile suit performance to seek the utmost limits of GUND-ARM capabilities and adopted extreme measures that did not guarantee the pilot's life protection at all. After losing to the Lfrith in the development competition, it is said that all records of the Calibarn were destroyed, and it was made off-limits and sealed away. Although it aimed to become the mainstream of GUND-ARMS, the Calibarn could very well have been considered the most cursed of all Gundams from the public sentiments.

A mobile suit utilizing the "GUND FORMAT" technology provided by Prospera Mercury. The Schwarzette is a next-generation concept model, developed as a successor to the MD-0064 Darilbalde. The intention was to create a mobile suit with greater flexibility, adaptability, and mobility than the Darilbalde, by further enhancing the AI control system. However, due to technical setbacks surrounding the AI control system, development was halted for a long period of time. The utilization of "GUND FORMAT" technology allowed development on the Schwarzette to resume, transforming it into a Gundam.

The MSJ-R122 Demi Barding (デミバーディング Demibādingu?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. A new prototype MS and the latest model developed by Burion as part of the Demi series. The Demi Barding is a concept model used for the purposes of testing and development. Although it has new components designed to meet the latest standards, the general structure of its propulsion unit is identical to the current production models. The unit was built without profitability in mind, and as such has higher than normal specs. However, ease of maintenance and other characteristics of the Demi series was still incorporated into the design.

The EDM-GB Gundvölva (ガンヴォルヴァ?) is a mobile suit-type GUND-BIT from Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury .This mobile suit is optional equipment for the Lfrith Ur and Lfrith Thorn, renovated versions of the Gundam Lfrith Pre-Production Model. The Dawn of Fold has likewise used Lfrith as a base for its production. Named the Gundvölva, it lacks what is arguably the most crucial section of a mobile suit - a cockpit block. Its powers are mediated by a new mineral called Permet, being very similar to the characteristics of the forbidden machine GUND-ARM, popularly known as "GUNDAM", which employed "GUND FORMAT", a system for MS that aimed at human augmentation.

MD-0031 Dilanza (ディランザ Diranza?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. With the Dilanza, Jeturk Heavy Machinery set out to develop a cumulative, universal design. By modifying elements of standard Mobile Suit designs, they arrived at a new standard; a perfect balance between power output and durable armor. To compensate for the Dilanza's decreased mobility due to its large frame and heavy armor, it is equipped with high-output thrusters and hovering units. The development process, which sought to do away every possible weakness of the MS by adding counter measures could be seen as overkill. However, it resulted in an MS with balanced capabilities. As a result, the all-purpose Dilanza is Jeturk's most famous MS. The Astacassia School of Technology's Jeturk House is home to several Dilanza's, with the house's former deputy, now current leader; Lauda Neill, possessing a customised variant.

MSJ-105CC Chuchu's Demi Trainer (デミトレーナー チュチュ専用機 Demitorēnā Chuchu Sen'yō-ki?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury and is piloted by Chuatury Panlunch. The base MSJ-105 Demi Trainer is an older model in Burion's Demi Trainer line. The MSJ-105CC is Chuatury Panlunch's customized personal unit and the result of "Project Chuchu". As students in Asticassia School of Technology's Earth House are typically unable to afford the latest, most advanced Demi Trainer models, it is common for them to purchase obsolete Demi Trainers and modify them extensively to try to reach parity with the newer models. In Chuchu's case, her unit was customized for hit-and-run tactics. It is armed with a long-distance beam rifle to strike targets from afar, and its legs feature acceleration and deceleration enhancements for rapid, precise maneuvers. The alterations to the legs make the unit difficult to control for pilots who lack high-g training, however. Although Chuchu disliked the idea of retreating and repositioning in between attacks, she eventually came to accept the MSJ-105CC's design.

The EDM-GA-02 Gundam Lfrith Thorn (ガンダム・ルブリス・ソーン Gandamu Ruburisu Sōn?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. It is piloted by Norea Du Noc. A Gundam-type mobile suit provided to the anti-Spacian organization Dawn of Fold. It was developed and manufactured by the once-defunct Ochs Earth Corporation, with support from the Space Assembly League for the purpose of suppressing the Benerit Group.Like the Lfrith Ur, this unit is a heavily modified version of the XGF-01 Gundam Lfrith Pre-Production Model. Its peculiar design featuring long arms and short legs was implemented to allow the Lfrith Thorn to withstand the most intense combat situations and gives the unit a very stable center of gravity. The unit comes equipped with a Beam Diffuse Gun that excels at providing suppressive fire over a wide area. It exhibits qualities distinct from that of its sibling Lfrith Ur, by primarily being used for backup roles.

Suletta Mercury (スレッタ・マーキュリー Suretta Mākyurī?), is the main protagonist of Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. She is a second-year student at the Asticassia School of Technology's piloting department, who transferred to the school from Mercury. She is the pilot of the Gundam Aerial developed on Mercury.

FP/A-77 Gundam Pharact (ガンダム・ファラクト Gandamu Farakuto?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. It is piloted by Elan Ceres. Gundam type Mobile Suit developed by Peil Technologies.The Pharact employs new thrusters known as Blast Boosters, which give the unit the flight capabilities Peil is known for.The GUND FORMAT also allows it to effectively regulate inertia, enabling it to engage in battle on all three axes whether in space or under gravity.The Pharact apprehends enemies using the GUND-BIT stun feature and can attack from any position thanks to its high mobility and precision sniping skills.This is all thanks to the Pharact's GUND-ARM system and its pilot, Elan Ceres.

Miorine Rembran (ミオリネ・レンブラン Miorine Renburan?), is the deuteragonist of Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. She is the President of GUND-ARM Inc. and the daughter of the Benerit Group's President, Delling Rembran. She is enrolled at the Asticassia School of Technology, of which her father chairs, and is an academically distinguished second-year student in the management strategy department.. Unlike other students, she has no house and lives in her father's old office at the school.

CEK-040 Beguir-Beu (ベギルベウ Begirubeu?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury PROLOGUE. It is piloted by Kenanji Avery. This is an MS developed by Grassley Defense Systems, one of the world's leading heavy industry manufacturers.
