The GAT-X252 Forbidden Gundam is a Mobile Suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. It is piloted by "Biological CPU" Shani Andras. A second generation GAT-X machine, the Forbidden is designed for infiltrating and raiding enemy bases and to fulfil this role, it can transform into a "High-Speed Assault Form" by flipping its huge backpack unit over its head. Like the other two second generation units, the Forbidden is equipped with Trans-Phase armor (TP armor). Its armaments consists of head-mounted CIWS, forearm-mounted machine guns, a handheld scythe and backpack-mounted railguns and plasma cannon, both of which are usable only in "High-Speed Assault Form".As indicated by its model code, the Forbidden utilizes a X200-series frame like the GAT-X207 Blitz Gundam, and as such it is also equipped with special equipment. One special equipment is the "Geschmeidig Panzer" energy deflection armor installed in its two massive shields. This equipment can deflect any range beam attacks that hits it, making the Forbidden virtually invulnerable to these attacks. Coupled with the fact that the shields themselves also have TP armor, the Forbidden is thus well protected from most beam and physical attacks. In addition, the "Geschmeidig Panzer" also allows the Forbidden to move underwater with ease, even though it is not specifically designed for aquatic use.Another special equipment is the magnetic field generators installed on the railguns, they allow the bending of the plasma cannon's beam, making the attack harder to evade. Due to the powerful thrusters in the backpack, which is actually a specialized flight unit, the Forbidden can fly in the atmosphere and is one of the rare mobile suits to be capable of both aerial and aquatic combat without any additional equipment.

The MSN-00100 (MSN-100, MSN-001) Hyaku Shiki (百式, "Type 100") is a prototype Mobile Suit introduced in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and reappeared in the sequel Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. It was primarily piloted by Quattro Bajeena during the Gryps Conflict and later by Beecha Oleg in the First Neo Zeon War. The Hyaku Shiki is a mobile suit built by Anaheim Electronics as part of the "Zeta Project". It was originally designed as the prototype transformable mobile suit, MSN-001 Delta Gundam which incorporated Anaheim Electronics' own "movable frame" technology and backpack-mounted wing binders for additional mobility. However, defects in the frame design led to problems in its transformation and the machine's development was soon abandoned.When the AEUG captured the Titans' RX-178 Gundam Mk-II, the movable frame technology of this newly acquired mobile suit assisted greatly in the advancement of the Zeta Project and also led to the redesigning of the Delta Gundam into the high performance, non-transformable Hyaku Shiki. Hyaku Shiki, which means 'Type 100' in Japanese, is named as such by its lead developer, Professor M.Nagano who hoped to create a mobile suit design that would endure for a hundred years. Because of the reliability of each device and its ease of access to the interior, the Hyaku Shiki was also used as a testbed for operational testing of various equipment under development.The Hyaku Shiki's gold colored appearance is due to the application of a beam-resistant coating on its armor, giving it some limited protection against beam attacks. The suit also has a unique sensor called the Image Directive Encode (IDE) system, which emits a red pattern when scanning or during precision aiming. It also retains several design features from the original Delta Gundam design, most notably the legs' front armor and backpack-mounted wing binders. The Delta Gundam's transformation capabilities later resurfaced in the MSN-001A1 Delta Plus.

The RX-178+FXA-05D Super Gundam is a mobile suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. Piloted by Emma Sheen, it is the combination of the FXA-05D G-Defenser and the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II. To increase the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II's combat capabilities to match those of the Titans' transformable mobile suits, Anaheim Electronics developed the FXA-05D G-Defenser support fighter, which can dock and power up the Gundam Mk-II. This combined form is technically known as the 'Mk-II Defenser', but is more commonly called the Super Gundam due to its performance.The Super Gundam is only formed after the G-Defenser and Mk-II are launched. During the docking process, the entire G-Defenser first docks with the Mk-II, forming the G-Flyer mode which is a high-speed, long distance travelling form that has the same level of acceleration as a transformable mobile suit. The G-Defenser's cockpit capsule then detaches, leaving the support craft's body attached to the Mk-II, completing the formation of the Super Gundam.The Super Gundam improves the Mk-II's mobility by roughly 20% thanks to G-Defenser's powerful thrusters, and the G-Defenser's armament units become movable shields to protect the mobile suit. The Mk-II also gains the use of the G-Defenser's powerful long rifle and missile pods while retaining several of its own armaments. However, the Mk-II's shield must be discarded to allow space for the docking procedure.

The GN-0000/7S 00 Gundam Seven Sword (aka 00 Gundam Seven Sword, 00 Seven Sword), is a weapons pack/equipment variation for the GN-0000 00 Gundam that appeares in the Mobile Suit Gundam 00V side story. It is later given a additional weapon and re-designated as GN-0000GNHW/7SG 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G. With Celestial Being (CB) rebuilding their organization after their defeat in A.D. 2308, they began development of the 3.5 and 4th generation Gundams. The lone 4th generation Gundam, the GN-0000 00 Gundam, had undergone continuous beta testing of its experimental Twin Drive System by members of CB's engineering team and Tieria Erde. The original 00 Gundam was made as a close combat mobile suit, normally equipped with its GN Sword II. However, CB soon realized that the 00's basic arms would not be enough to counter the rapidly advancing mobile suits developed by the Earth Sphere Federation. Taking inspiration from the GN-001 Gundam Exia's diverse Seven Sword System, CB engineers created the Seven Sword package for the 00 Gundam, improving the units effectiveness in close combat while also attempting to stabilize the Twin Drive System.The original Seven Sword System was designed specifically for the Gundam Exia. Armed with one GN Sword, two GN Blades, two GN Beam Sabers and two GN Beam Daggers, the package was meant bring out the full close combat fighting strength of the Exia. Coupled with the close combat fighting style of its Gundam Meister Setsuna F. Seiei, Exia served its role as the close combat Gundam prior to is disappearance after A.D. 2308. Seeking to do the same with the 00 Gundam, CB engineers incorporated a mix of technologies into the 00 Gundam's Seven Sword armament. Befitting its name, the 00 Gundam Seven Sword was armed with 7 close combat weapons; the experimental GN Katars, the standardized GN Beam Sabers, the long and short GN Sword IIs, and the large GN Buster Sword.The 00's GN Beam Sabers were significantly improved from the Exia's. Originally, Exia had a set of four beam blades, a pair of daggers and a pair of normal beam sabers. While they were helpful in a few situations, the sabers' lengths were non-adjustable for differing combat situations. With that in mind, CB engineers created the beam sabers to be adjustable in length, increasing their overall efficiency in combat.The GN Katars are mounted on the sides of the 00 Seven Sword's kneecaps, which must be exchanged with the standard white kneecaps to properly holster the weapons. The design is taken from the famous Indian weapon, as well as the 00's GN Shields. The GN Katars are meant as push daggers for stabbing into an enemy. To enhance their capabilities, CB engineers equipped the katars with GN Particle infused blade edges, consisting of the material used in GN Condensers. While attacking, the particles surrounding the katar are converted to heat, and the heat is transferred to the object the katar comes into contact with. However, the heat generated by the particles can be too much for the katars themselves to tolerate. The long GN Sword II focuses on ranged combat, the only such weapon in the 00 Seven Sword arsenal to do so. The drawbacks are that the long sword uses more particles and a decreased rapid fire capability. In contrast, the GN Sword II short was developed analogous to the GN Short Blade from the Exia. The shortest sword in the Seven Sword armament, the Short Sword's blade tip is attached to a wire, which can be shot out towards an enemy and retracted quickly. Despite these armaments, the signature weapon of the Seven Sword arsenal is the GN Buster Sword.At nearly the same height as the 00 Gundam, the GN Buster Sword is a massive weapon which serves multiple purposes. CB engineer Ian Vashti analyzed the Buster Sword of a GNX-607T/AC GN-XII Sword captured by Fon Spaak in the sword's development. Normally stored on the left GN Drive mount, the GN Buster Sword can expand its frame to particle vents to create a massive GN Field. The scope of the field is so large that it can protect allied suits. When the sword is actively wielded, it is a top class melee weapon. Though the array of weapons were tailored to suit the fighting style of Setsuna F. Seiei, the Meister as well as his Gundam, had been missing during the Seven Swords' development. On top of that, the pack did not stabilize the highly unstable Twin Drive System, and a separate support unit, the GNR-010 0 Raiser, was given a higher priority than the Seven Swords. The PF-78-3A Gundam Amazing Red Warrior is a Gunpla from the anime series Gundam Build Fighters Try. It is a variant of the PF-78-3 Perfect Gundam III. Built by Meijin Kawaguchi for his own use, the Gundam Amazing Red Warrior is a customized version of the PF-78-3 Perfect Gundam III "Red Warrior" that appears in the manga Plamo-Kyoshiro. This Gunpla is also the Meijin's way of honoring Takeshi Iori, who had used the Perfect Gundam. The Gundam Amazing Red Warrior can exhibit overwhelming speed during battle due to its greatly improved thrust, and has high maneuverability thanks to the flexibly mounted vernier units above the shoulder armors. The weapon mounted on the left side of the backpack can be changed to meet the needs of different battle, and this allows the suit to be highly adaptable. The combination of the Gunpla's high degree of completion and the Meijin's excellent piloting skills caused the Gundam Amazing Red Warrior to be a formidable foe for any opponent.

The ZGMF-X56S/α Force Impulse Gundam is a Mobile Suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. It is piloted by Shinn Asuka and later by Lunamaria Hawke. The ZGMF-X56S/α Force Impulse Gundam is the ZGMF-X56S Impulse Gundam equipped with the α Force Silhouette pack. The Force Impulse is a general purpose MS like the original Impulse, but has extremely high mobility under gravity and in zero gravity due to the Force Silhouette's high output thrusters and large wings. This pack also enables atmospheric flight, and adds a pair of beam sabers to the Impulse's standard armaments, granting the Force Impulse high melee and ranged combat capabilities. The Force Impulse is the most commonly used form of the Impulse due to its high versatility, and it is said that its aerial combat capabilities are equivalent to the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam's. The Force Impulse retains the same VPS colors as the original Impulse.

The X-EX01 Gundam Calibarn (X-EX01 ガンダムキャリバーン X-EX01 Gandamu Kyaribān?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. It is used by the Suletta Mercury near the finale of Season 2. The Vanadis Institute developed countless prototype units in addition to the Lfrith before the establishment of GUND FORMAT technology. Of these units, the Calibarn took the most strikingly different direction from that of the Lfrith. Unlike the Lfrith, which could be operated with minimal impact on the human body within a certain Permet Score, Calibarn prioritized mobile suit performance to seek the utmost limits of GUND-ARM capabilities and adopted extreme measures that did not guarantee the pilot's life protection at all. After losing to the Lfrith in the development competition, it is said that all records of the Calibarn were destroyed, and it was made off-limits and sealed away. Although it aimed to become the mainstream of GUND-ARMS, the Calibarn could very well have been considered the most cursed of all Gundams from the public sentiments.
