Shanghai Wonder Festival wrapped its 2026 run on October 4th. Over 400 exhibitors and 2,700 individual creators filled five halls at Shanghai New International Expo Center across two days. WF Shanghai has always been the event to watch for new announcements and event exclusives, but with the guomo scene expanding as fast as it has, WF2026 was highly anticipated - and it did not disappoint. Guomo makers really delivered this time, dropping some stunning limited-edition color schemes alongside a ton of brand-new kit reveals and early prototypes.
With the sheer volume of incredible kits and exclusives at WF2026, listing them all is a lost cause. Instead, we've pulled together a curated list that focuses on the major highlights, standout reveals, and our favorite kits from the show floor.
Throughout this article, we use the term guomo (国模, literally "domestic model") - the Chinese-language term for independent Chinese mecha model kit brands. You may know them as "third-party" kits. Same thing.
Event Exclusives (会场限定)
MS General (将魂姬) - Falcon/Black Panther Mecha Girl Limited Edition Set
MS General packaged two recolored kits from their Mecha BREAK collaboration into one WF-only set: "Bridal Panther" in white-and-gold with frosted clear armor, and "Low-Visibility Falcon" in black with metallic blue accents. Both are 1/10 scale, both include four new face plates not available in the standard releases, and "Bridal Panther" comes with upgraded double-sided silver-and-white carbon fiber waterslide decals plus a gold-foil decal sheet. Total production: 2,888 sets. Each set includes a numbered collector card.
Nuke Matrix (核能矩阵) - War Shadow Ver. Eternal Night Aurora
Nuke Matrix released a WF-exclusive recolor of their Yefuna from the Cyber Forest Fantasy Girls line. The standard Yefuna uses a black and red color scheme. This VALKGLOW (永夜极光) version swaps that for a dark purple palette with electroplated parts. Limited to 600 units.
Animester (核金重构) - Polestars Blaze (紫微星·炫)
A recolor of the popular Polestars kit, also known as the white snake mechamusume. With this version, it's the Purple Snake Mechamusume? Limited to 199 units, one of the smallest production runs at the event.
WanXiangJuBian (万象聚变) - Meteor Clear Color Edition (流星 彩透版)
A translucent color variant using clear-tinted parts. This took everyone by surprise as the official release of the regular Meteor kit isn't out yet. We've only seen the review kits going out to influencers in China and the initial reactions/reviews have been very well received. Total 300 units for the clear edition was available at WF2026.
BigFireBird (大火鸟制造) - Medusa MK-2 & Bat Wing Limited Edition (美杜莎MK-2 & 伏翼)
BigFireBird, a not so new Guomo brand that's slowly gaining traction, brought the Medusa MK-2 & Bat Wing Limited Edition. Limited to 300 sets at the event.
HeMoXian (和模线) - Baki Night Black (拳击手巴奇 曜夜黑)
Want your Baki to look even meaner? This Night Black, black & gold, version of Baki had only 100 units available.
Limited Edition (限定)
GM Godomo - Luna-Trace Holographic Edition (月渎 全息影像版)

Mingjiang Legend (铭将传) - XiaoYaoZi Liangyi (逍遥子·两仪)
Yin-yang dual-color outer armor with an upgraded manufacturing process across 9 runners compared to the original release. This limited edition kit comes with two complete armor configurations. Released under the 模界封神榜 (Guo Mo New Force) event banner. A total of 500 units were made available for WF2026 and evenly released between the two days.
