The GN-005 Gundam Virtue (aka Gundam Virtue, Gundam Virtue Particle, Virtue) is a mobile suit featured in season one of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. It is piloted by Tieria Erde. A heavily armed and armored mobile suit, the Gundam Virtue has the highest offensive and defensive power among the third-generation Gundams deployed in AD 2307 by the Celestial Being, a paramilitary organization aiming to eliminate world conflicts through armed interventions. Specializing in artillery warfare for fleet battles and assaulting enemy strongholds, the Virtue's firepower is unmatched among contemporaries thanks to heavy beam weaponry, consisting of a GN Bazooka and two GN Cannons. As Virtue is not meant for anti-mobile suit combat, its only melee weapon is a pair of GN Beam Sabers. Due to its large size, Virtue's mobility and evasive capabilities are lower than the other Gundams, but these weaknesses are mitigated by its high defensive strength in the form of heavy armor and the ability to generate a 360-degree GN Field barrier around itself that can nullify most physical and beam attacks.The Virtue demonstrated impressive propulsion capabilities when it was shown to be capable of overcoming the combined thrust of six MSJ-06II-E Tieren Space Types. Like the other Gundams, Virtue has a semi-perpetual GN Drive in the center of its body that provides almost limitless energy and generates special, multifunctional GN Particles. The GN Particles have a unique mass reduction effect and because of this, the heavily equipped Virtue can operate efficiently and weighs only half as much as the similarly bulky MSJ-06II-A Tieren Ground Type operated by the Human Reform League. This reduction effect remains even when the Virtue is not operating as the GN Drive continues to function. The GN Particles are also utilized for propulsion, beam weaponry, generation of GN Field, attitude control, and stealth purposes as they can cause electromagnetic interference, leaving conventional communications and radar devices useless.Due to the heavy GN Particle demand of Virtue's beam weaponry and GN Field, large capacity GN Condensers are mounted throughout its body to store excess particles produced by the GN Drive when the Gundam is not operating. The GN Particles are primarily controlled through a pair of torso-mounted clavicle antennas, and light purple-colored "GN Cables" are installed in various locations to facilitate the supply of these particles to each part of the Gundam and for attitude control purposes. In an emergency, the Virtue can activate the special "Trans-Am System" to enhance its thrust and defensive strength, as well as increase its output to three times that of its normal specifications for a limited time period. The Plutone is also the first Gundam capable of generating a 360-degree GN Field, but its generation system is not as stable as Virtue's. The Nadleeh is concealed to prevent its Trial System, an ability to stop betrayers, from being discovered and for effective utilization of the limited numbers of GN Drives that Celestial Being has.Among the third-generation Gundams, Virtue's development was the slowest. At that time, the current form of Virtue was also known as "Gundam Virtue Particle" to differentiate it from an alternate design, the physical projectile-based GN-005/PH Gundam Virtue Physical. Both designs are prepared by Veda, Celestial Being's quantum computing system, based on its predictions about armed intervention missions. Despite their differences, both Virtue Particle and Virtue Physical are designed as artillery units for anti-fleet and anti-stronghold combat, this ensures the Nadleeh is positioned at the rear and could quickly return to the base or mothership to be outfitted with more effective equipment to stop betrayers. In the end, after studying the results of multiple joint exercises involving the four Gundam Meisters, Veda chose Virtue Particle as it displayed better cooperability with the other Gundams.Veda rejected the idea of keeping the Virtue Physical as alternate equipment because switching equipment mid-mission is expected to be very difficult due to the lean manpower and the design of the mothership. There is also the worry that the enemy might discover the hidden Nadleeh by observing the commonalities between the two equipment sets. The Gundam Virtue is eventually succeeded by the reborn Celestial Being's GN-008 Seravee Gundam, which is also an anti-fleet and anti-stronghold mobile suit equipped with multiple beam cannons and GN Field. Data from the Gundam Virtue is also utilized in the development of the CBY-077 GN Cannon and the GNZ-003 Gadessa, the former is part of Veda's alternate plan for armed intervention and the latter is used by an enemy of the reborn Celestial Being.

The GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser (aka 00 Raiser) is the combined form of GN-0000 00 Gundam and GNR-010 0 Raiser in season 2 of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Setsuna F. Seiei pilots the 00 Gundam and Saji Crossroad pilots the 0 Raiser, however, when combined Setsuna can operate both units himself. Despite its power, the GN-0000 00 Gundam is a highly experimental unit that suffers from power instability issues and so requires constant maintenance and fine-tuning. The Twin Drive System was also a very new technology, requiring the external stabilizing equipment on 00's main support unit, the GNR-010 0 Raiser, to safely execute Trans-Am and fully synchronize the GN Drives. Some data from GN-XXX+GNR-000 Sefer Rasiel was also exploited in its development.When combining is needed, laser guidance sensors would mutually lock onto each other, with a Haro auto-configuring the docking sequence. 0 Raiser's binders detach from the 0 Raiser body and latch onto 00's GN Drives, and its main body combines with the 00 Gundam's backpack, resulting in an angelic-like form. After successful docking, 00 Gundam's system screen(s) reflect the changes to the frame and the Twin Drive's stabilization. Each of 0 Raiser's binders can be mounted with a GN Shield to increase it's defensive capabilities, this form can remain the same even when docked onto 00 Gundam's GN Drive housing units. Without the GN Shields attached, the binders also act as shields themselves, capable of blocking beam shots from GNZ-003 Gadessa's GN Mega Launcher in Trans-Am mode.As the 00 Raiser the Twin Drive reaches 100% synchronization rate, it can achieve GN Particle generation rates far exceeding 300% during Trans-Am(700% during the first dock), and also gains the usage of the Raiser System. These feats allow 00 Raiser to fully harness its massive particle production (too much for the 00's frame to properly handle alone) and perform at peak capacity. While in Trans-Am, 00 Raiser has also been seen utilizing quantum teleportation in a few battles although the specific activation and control mechanism has not been elaborated upon.The Raiser System allows the 00 Raiser to execute powerful attacks such as a massive GN Beam Saber dubbed the "Raiser Sword", allowing for greater close combat abilities, and using Trans-Am mode with even greater power and duration. Originally requiring both of its GN Swords working with the 0 Raiser's binders to produce and control the Raiser Sword, the 00 was later equipped with a GN Sword III. This weapon was capable of harnessing the power of the Raiser System to generate a refined, more controllable version of the Raiser Sword.The power of 00 Raiser is further enhanced with the presence of an Innovator pilot. Once such a being is detected the Twin Drive can execute Trans-Am Burst, a massive flood of purified GN Particles across a massive area. With the Twin Drive's full abilities in constant demand to combat the A-Laws and Innovators, 00 Raiser became the mainstay unit to effectively combat opposing MS. Overall, 00 Raiser is a mobile suit that exceeds the performance of all others, surpassing the very concept of "Gundam".

The MBF-P03R Gundam Astray Blue Frame 2nd Revise is the improved form of the MBF-P03 Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L developed by the Serpent Tail with help from Lowe Guele. It first appeared in the photo series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED VS Astray. The unit is piloted by Gai Murakumo. Using combat data obtained from the Gundam Astray Blue Frame Third, the Blue Frame Second L was upgraded into the Gundam Astray Blue Frame 2nd Revise. The new MS has better balance and its main weapon, Tactical Arms II, is an improved version of the original Tactical Arms and has 2 new forms, Gatling Arm and Sword Arm. Blue Frame 2nd Revise retains the other weapons of Second L as well as the Trans Phase Armor system around the cockpit. It also stores additional power packs on its rear skirts, which are often used together with the Gatling form. Like the original Blue Frame, the Blue Frame 2nd Revise can be equipped with the Scale System for aquatic missions.

The GAT-X207 Blitz Gundam is a Mobile Suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and piloted by Nicol Amalfi. The GAT-X207 Blitz Gundam is developed for the purpose of conducting surprise attacks deep behind enemy lines. It is the only unit among the five prototypes created under the Alliance's G Project to use the X200 series frame that is designed to support special systems. In this case, the Mirage Colloid Stealth System that renders Blitz invisible to both sensors and the naked eye. The suit is painted mainly black to enhance the effectiveness of the stealth system and is fitted with other systems to ensure the silent operation of internal mechanisms and systems, as well as to control the heat dissipation while cloaked. Like the other four units, Blitz is also equipped with Phase Shift armor system, but unlike them, it does not have any built-in weaponry like the CIWS. The Dynames is a third-generation unit developed using the operational data from the second-generation GNY-002 Gundam Sadalsuud, inheriting the reconnaissance mobile suit's powerful sensing capabilities that are now utilized for long-range shooting.During combat, the Dynames primarily serve as a sniper as well as a fire support unit for its allies. Its main weapon is the extremely long-range and powerful GN Sniper Rifle, and when operating this rifle, Dynames is in "Sniper Mode", whereby the Gun Camera hidden in its head is exposed and a precision shooting scope in the cockpit is deployed. The Dynames is however not just limited to long-range attacks as it has a variety of guns and weapons, allowing it to engage in close to mid-range combat when needed, and adapt to various types of missions (including solo missions) as well as changing battlefield conditions. As for optional armaments, it can equip GN Beam Pistols for close to mid-range combat, a GN Full Shield for enhanced defensive capabilities, and a Super Substratospheric Altitude Gun to snipe targets outside the atmosphere from the ground.Besides mounting the GN Beam Sabers, the Dynames' rear waist unit can be used to support the Gundam when it is shooting from seated positions and has a pair of propulsion systems, known as GN Verniers, that create thrust by releasing GN Particles. These verniers are also utilized by other Gundams and have a mechanism whereby their cores are revealed when being activated and when increasing their output. Additionally, the verniers can be moved at the point of attachment, allowing their thrust direction to be adjusted. The overall layout of the Dynames' cockpit is similar to other third-generation Gundams, except for two differences. The first is the aforementioned precision shooting scope stored in the ceiling that lowers down when in use and retracts when not needed. The second is a dock on the right side for placing the individual support AI, Haro, which serves as a sub-pilot, controlling various aspects of the Dynames so the Gundam Meister, Lockon Stratos, can focus on shooting using the precision shooting scope.The third generation Gundams deployed in AD 2307 have several common pieces of equipment, including a pair of clavicle antennas on the torso that serves as the primary control device for the GN Particles, light purple-colored "GN Cables" on various body locations to facilitate the supply of GN Particles to each part of the Gundam and for attitude control purposes, and GN Condensers placed throughout the body to store excess GN Particles, ensuring a reserve of particles that the Gundam can rely on when its operation consumed more than what the GN Drive can produce instantaneously. There is also the special "Trans-Am System" that the Gundams can activate during an emergency to enhance their thrust and defensive capabilities, as well as increase their output to three times that of their normal specifications for a limited time period. This system also causes the Gundams to glow red, and in Dynames' case, its shooting accuracy is improved as well. Unfortunately, this system is a double-edged sword, as the Gundams' performance will drop dramatically once it ends. Additional optional equipment was also developed for the Dynames, such as the set of a sub-aquatic sniper rifle and accompanying sensors that change it into the GN-002/DG014 Gundam Dynames Torpedo and the GNR-001D GN Arms Type-D support mecha that it can dock with to form the more powerful GN-002+GNR-001D GN Armor Type-D. A successor machine with all-around improved performance is later developed based on the Dynames' data and it is known as the GN-006 Cherudim Gundam. Additionally, the Dynames that was moderately damaged during the battle with the UN Forces was eventually refurbished into the GN-002RE Gundam Dynames Repair and deployed on Earth following the defeat of the A-Laws and the Innovators.

The RX-78-2 Gundam is the titular mobile suit of Mobile Suit Gundam television series. Part of the RX-78 Gundam series, it was built in secret on Side 7. The Gundam would turn the tide of war in favor of the Earth Federation during the One Year War against the Principality of Zeon. It was primarily piloted by Amuro Ray. The Gundam was incredibly advanced for its time. Built from lightweight Luna Titanium Alloy, its frame was both lighter than that of Zeon's mass-produced mobile suits and much sturdier, able to shrug off a MS-06 Zaku II's machine gun fire with little to no damage. Its offensive power was above and beyond that of the Zakus. The Gundam would engage in most battles with its beam rifle, making it the first mobile suit to have firepower equivalent to a battleship's beam cannons. In addition, it made use of two beam sabers, blades of extremely hot plasma which could cut through any metal with ease. Those beam sabers could be extended into a spear-like beam javelin, which could be used to stab into an enemy from a longer distance.The Gundam also used more conventional weaponry; it could launch rockets with a "Hyper Bazooka", the Federation's answer to the bazookas used by Zeon's Zakus; in addition, its head was outfitted with a pair of small vulcan guns, as a way of attacking light-armored aircraft and vehicles without wasting ammo or energy from its more powerful armaments. It also made use of a very unconventional close-range weapon known as the "Gundam Hammer" - a large weapon similar to a flail which could be swung at enemies to deal crushing damage. The Gundam Hammer was eventually upgraded for use in space and outfitted with a number of verniers on the ball, and renamed to be the "Hyper Hammer". Lastly, it wielded a shield which would offer it a defense against enemy attacks that not even its Luna Titanium body could withstand without damage. Gundam pilot, Amuro Ray, would make use of the shield as a decoy in many battles, taking advantage of its size to fool the enemy into thinking he was charging at them, then attacking the enemy through the shield.In terms of technology, the Gundam was equipped with a sophisticated Learning Computer which would collect pilot and enemy data during skirmishes and allow the Gundam to operate more effectively. The data from the computer was used by the Federation to improve the controls of the Gundam's mass-produced form, the RGM-79 GM. In addition, it was upgraded by Federation technician Mosque Han shortly before the Battle of A Baoa Qu to improve its reaction times, the joints of the Gundam were given a Magnet Coating, based on the experimental procedure performed on the RX-78-3 "G-3" Gundam and later used on Amuro's intended successor unit, the RX-78NT-1 Gundam "Alex".The Gundam makes use of the Core Block System implemented in the other V Project units. The torso of the Gundam is mostly hollow so that a FF-X7 Core Fighter can dock with it. This allows the pilot to jettison the legs and torso of the Gundam should the machine be too heavily damaged and gives the pilot a chance to escape from battle. Later, during Operation Odessa, the Gundam is given a support unit known as the G-Fighter. The two G-Fighters were designed to take advantage of the Gundam's modular system and diversify the Gundam's role in active combat. These modes ranged from the assault bomber G-Armor to the close combat support tank G-Bull. Officially, it is called a prototype, but it is also said to be more of a custom-made machine that is finished with high quality materials and the best technology.

The RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03 Phenex[1] (aka Phenex) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam UC: One of Seventy Two. It also appears in the manga Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. 0096: Last Sun and the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn novel. It makes its animated debut in the movie Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative, which succeeds the events of the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn OVA, and is piloted by Rita Bernal. The RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03 Phenex was a new machine secretly built under the direction of a EFSF official who disapproved of the Vist Foundation's involvement in the UC Project. Using a psycho-frame body delivered in advance, it was assembled independently by the Earth Federation Forces and reflects the data of Units 1 and 2. Rather than that of a Unicorn, the Phenex's motif is that of a phoenix, illustrated with a much more elaborate horn/V-fin and a golden body.

The MS-07B Gouf is a mass production close-quarters combat ground mobile suit. It was first featured in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam. The MS-07B Gouf is designed specifically for Earth-based, close-quarter MS combat. It featured much-improved mobility with a powerful backpack and leg-mounted thrusters for jet-assisted jumps based on the YMS-08A High Mobility Test Type. For armaments, it has the 5-barrel 75mm machine gun in its left hand and a heat rod, which could be used as a superheated slicing weapon or as a grappling weapon with a powerful electric shock effect. It also had a powerful heat sword stored within a shield, and could also use the standard Zaku II weapons, such as the 120mm machine gun or the 280mm bazooka.The Gouf outclassed the MS-06 Zaku II in terms of speed, power output, and melee combat ability, but its overall performance was not great enough to be justified by its increased cost. The Gouf's production was cut short by the development of a more cost efficient unit, the more powerful and nimble MS-09B Dom. Despite its very short production run, several variations were produced in limited numbers and it was still deployed across the world alongside Zakus and Doms. One customized unit was piloted by Visch Donahue, which had the original 5-fingered machine gun left hand replaced by a normal manipulator hand, in its place a 3-barrel 35mm machine gun was mounted on the left forearm.

The MS-07B-3 Gouf Custom is an upgraded variant of the MS-07B Gouf that was introduced shortly after the MS-09B Dom. It first appeared in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. During the deployment of the Gouf, its limited combat versatility became evident with its design concept of emphasis on hand-to-hand combat. Numerous disadvantages surfaced during operation on the battlefield, such as lack of flexibility due to the Gouf's fixed armament. The Gouf would be completely redesigned as the MS-07B-3, which was an improvement over the original. The Gouf Custom was designed with improved close quarters shooting and detachable weapons. It was designed primarily for ace pilots preferring a lighter mobile suit that could leap and jump as opposed to the heavy, yet effective MS-09B Dom.The Gouf Custom featured multiple changes to the MS-07B, including the elimination of the awkward five finger 75mm machine guns, replacing it with a normal manipulator and a wrist mounted 3-barrel 35mm Machine gun. The coil-like heat rod is replaced with a magnetic grappler wire that connects and disables an enemy with an electric charge rather than damaging them. The grappler wire could also be used as a repelling line that could slow or even halt the descent of a falling Gouf in the right conditions. The shield of the Gouf was modified so that it not only stored the Gouf's heat sword but is also capable of carrying a 75mm gatling gun, greatly enhancing the mobile suit's fire power.

The YMS-15 Gyan is a mobile suit that appears in the TV anime Mobile Suit Gundam. The YMS-15 Gyan was developed by the Zimmad company in the late stages of the One Year War for the Principality of Zeon's second phase main mobile suit development project. It was designed with exceptional close combat ability in anticipation of melee combat against the Earth Federation's mobile suits. When needed, the Gyan can receive fire support from the MS-09B Doms or MS-09R Rick Doms. However, its focus on close combat resulted in lower versatility and this contributed to its loss to the Zeonic's MS-14 Gelgoog.A Gyan (depending on sources, this is either the sole unit produced or one of three produced units) was later customized for use by Colonel M'Quve of the Mobile Assault Force. A powerful beam saber serves as Gyan's primary weapon, it also has a shield with 60 needle missiles and 25 hide bombs (space mines) for laying traps. The appearance of the Gyan, with its silver armor and Pickelhaube helmet design, has a strong resemblance to a medieval armored knight. This is further emphasized by M'Quve's fighting style, which is heavily based on fencing.

The MSN-04 Sazabi is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. It is piloted by Char Aznable. After Char Aznable returned as the leader of his own Neo Zeon faction in U.C. 0093, he ordered his engineers to create a new mobile suit that would fit his piloting skills and Newtype powers. The result was the MSN-04 Sazabi, which was later built by the Luna-based contractor Anaheim Electronics. With an overall height of 25.6 meters, the Sazabi is much bigger than most standard mobile suits, but thanks to the use of lightweight armor materials and a great number of thrusters it is much faster and more maneuverable than other suits. The suit is armed with an abdomen-mounted scattering mega particle cannon, a beam shot rifle, a pair of beam sabers stored in the arms, and a shield with three missiles as well as a beam tomahawk.Because Char is a Newtype, the Sazabi was also equipped with six funnels which the pilot could control through his psycowaves via a Psycommu system. The Sazabi was also the first MS to be equipped with the revolutionary new psycho frame cockpit. This system featured microscopic psycommu receiver circuits installed throughout a mobile suit's internal frame and cockpit walls. These tiny circuits amplify and transmit a Newtype pilot's psycowaves, enabling the mobile suit to respond instantaneously to mental commands.

Evangelion Unit-01 (エヴァンゲリオン初号機[?], "Evangerion Shogōki") is the first non-prototype Evangelion unit, and is referred to as the "EVA-01 TEST TYPE". It houses the soul of Shinji's mother, Yui Ikari. It is mainly piloted by Shinji Ikari. Unit-01 serves as the flagship model for the series. Evangelion Unit-01 is, like all Evangelions, a giant artificial human (Jinzo ningen[?]) with brown skin. It has a mouth similar to that of a human as well as two round green eyes. The face also has four small nostrils and red blood. Its true appearance is concealed under armor, called Type-B Gear, also serving to limit its real strength. The Unit-01 armor is a prototype model, and therefore different from the following models. This consists of two blueish large plates covering the pectorals, as well as three triangular pieces on the abdomen up to the crotch. The armor is predominantly purple with green stripes on the arms and details in black. Its gorget is made up of several pieces of yellowish/orange color. The MSΖ-006 Zeta Gundam (MSΖ-006 Ζゼータ ガンダム?) is the titular mobile suit of the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam television series and also featured in the Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ television series. It was piloted by one of its designers, Kamille Bidan, during the Gryps Conflict [3][4], and then Judau Ashta in the First Neo Zeon War. The Zeta Gundam is a high-performance, next-generation MS constructed by Anaheim Electronics in partnership with the AEUG as part of the "Project Zeta". This project aimed to develop a transformable mobile suit capable of operating in space and on earth, but it stagnated due to problems with the strength of the movable frame. Progress was later made when Anaheim Electronics studied the movable frame of the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II units stolen by AEUG from the Titans.The main feature of the Zeta Gundam is its ability to instantly transform into a streamlined Waverider mode, which can fly at high speed in space as well as in the atmosphere. The Zeta Gundam can also function as a sub-flight system in this mode, carrying another mobile suit on its top surface. Furthermore, this mode also allows the Zeta Gundam to ride the shockwaves of atmospheric re-entry, thus it can enter the atmosphere without the use of the Ballute System, a bowl-shaped balloon parachute that protects a mobile suit from the friction heat of atmospheric entry. This atmospheric re-entry capability is thanks to the incorporation of the Flying Armor into the mobile suit's back (bottom in waverider mode), which is developed using the data of the Gundam Mk-II's FXA-00 Flying Armor.The Zeta Gundam is armored with the new lightweight Gundarium Gamma alloy, and has a variety of weaponry that includes two head-mounted vulcan guns, two beam sabers stored in the side armor that function as beam guns in Waverider mode, two forearm-mounted grenade launchers, a beam rifle with retractable barrel, and a shield. When higher firepower is required, it can use the powerful hyper mega launcher. The Zeta Gundam is also one of the first mobile suit to use the Bio-Sensor, a variant of the Psycommu system that allows a Newtype pilot to more easily interface with his mobile suit via mental commands.The Zeta Gundam is said to have received various upgrades from its initial model, such as the Initial Model + Wave Shooter, mid-model (major upgrade done in December UC 0087, most notable change being the rear skirt thrusters and addition of forearm grenade hatches) and the late model (final upgrade made in March UC 0088 consisting of Zeta Plus parts).

The RX-78GP01 Gundam "Zephyranthes" (aka Zephyranthes, GP01, Unit 1) is a prototype general-purpose mobile suit from the Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory OVA series. It was piloted by Kou Uraki. As described in the Master Grade model manual and MS Encyclopedia, at the conclusion of the One Year War, the Federation started the Gundam Development Project, aimed at creating mobile suits superior to those that Zeon had developed. The RX-78GP01 Gundam "Zephyranthes" was the second of five prototype Gundam-type mobile suits completed under this plan.The RX-78GP01 was designed to be able to operate under any condition on earth or in space. To that end, its design is superficially similar to the other RX series Gundams. Unlike previous suits, this was one of the first to re-introduce the core fighter concept in its design, utilizing the recently developed FF-XII Core Fighter II as the cockpit. Though the GP01 is operable in both Earth and outer space, it needs to be configured for each environment before battle by using the appropriate Core Fighters. Otherwise, the GP01 will suffer from a lack of balance and become near impossible to pilot.One major innovation in the RX-78GP01's arsenal was the addition of a beam rifle that used a removable energy capacitor called e-pac. Previous beam rifle designs had the energy capacitor integrated into the rifle directly, resulting in the rifle becoming dead weight once the capacitor was depleted. With e-pac, a beam rifle can be used as long as the pilot has a ready supply of replacement e-pacs. The RX-78GP01 has three e-pacs (one mounted on the rifle, two held in reserve on the shield) in its normal deployment configuration.

The RX-78GP01-Fb Gundam "Zephyranthes" Full Burnern is the upgraded space-use version of the RX-78GP01 Gundam "Zephyranthes". Introduced in the anime OVA series Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, it is piloted by Kou Uraki. The RX-78GP01 Gundam "Zephyranthes" was designed to operate in both Earth and Space by using the appropriate Core Fighter and although the space-use unit was ready, the suit was unfortunately wrecked before it could be fitted on. The damaged GP01 was recovered and the engineers of Anaheim Electronics gave it a massive overhaul while repairing it, creating the RX-78GP01-Fb Gundam "Zephyranthes" Full Burnern, which is designed for space combat. The renovation process was completed in two days, with operational testing carried out at Anaheim Electronics's Livermore factory.Its armor is more streamlined for better mobility in space, and thrusters are mounted in the chest, shoulders and legs. The air-intakes on the chest are replaced with reverse thrusters, with the covers expanding during use. The shoulder armor now contains shoulder vernier pods, and added thrusters are attached to the back of the legs and the soles. Propellant tanks are built into the shins to further extend the suit's operating time. The backpack is equipped with built-in generators and also has the most noticeable addition: the two Universal Boost Pods. The Universal Boost Pods allow the Full Burnern to have superior acceleration and mobility when compared to other units at that time. As a result, the pilot has to contend with high G-forces due to overwhelming acceleration.

The MS-06S Zaku II Commander Type is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam. After repeated engagements since the start of the One Year War, the regular Zaku II had already become insufficient for ace pilots. In order to make effective use of the mobile suit's reserves of power, this mobility-enhanced Zaku II for commanders was hastily developed. The Zaku II Commander Type has an antenna on the head for enhanced communication capabilities and to visually distinguish squad-leaders or higher ranking pilots from other squad-members or lower ranking pilots. Commanders are also allowed to paint their machine in personal colors.It also features a powerplant with higher output that gave the Zaku II Commander Type greater thrust and acceleration. This allows it to move at speeds 30% higher than that of the standard Zaku II. However, since the amount of propellant has not been changed from the standard type, it would naturally run out of propellant quickly when maneuvering at full speed. Despite this limitation, the Zaku II Commander Type proved to be incredibly dangerous in the hands of the ace pilots it was assigned to, such as the "Red Comet" Char Aznable, who sank five Magellan-class battleships in the Battle of Loum.

The GNT-0000 00 Qan[T] (aka 00Q, 00 Qan[T], pronounced "Double-Oh Quanta") is the successor to the GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser in Mobile Suit Gundam 00 The Movie: Awakening of the Trailblazer. It is piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei. A fifth Generation Gundam designed and tuned specifically for Celestial Being's first Innovator, Gundam Meister Setsuna F. Seiei, 00 Qan[T] is the latest mobile suit (MS) designed by Celestial Being. Its blueprints originated from an Innovators draft and was sent over from Veda/Tieria (with level 7 clearance) for Celestial Being engineers to analyze and develop. As the successor to GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser, 00 Qan[T] contains an upgraded and improved Twin Drive System and possesses the new Quantum System. Whereas Zabanya and Harute were developed using parts from their predecessors, 00 Qan[T]'s was made as a new mobile suit. The development resources and focus used on 00 Qan[T] is that of a higher level than the other two.The unit possesses two newly created GN Drives specifically made for its Twin Drive System. The drives are located on its back and underneath the shield respectively and were developed by a team led by Linda Vashti at Jupiter. As these newly made solar furnaces are developed with perfect synchronization in mind, no external help with stabilization is required, thus 00 Qan[T] does not need a support unit such as 0 Raiser like 00 Gundam did. They can also be directly connected with each other which would result in a higher sync rate and output, however when used this way they become extremely hard to control. To prevent unexpected problems, they are usually kept separated.The Quantum System is also the successor to 00 Raiser's Trans-Am Burst System, which allows Setsuna to expand his quantum brainwaves. It creates a massive quantum field that extends an Innovator's consciousness to communicate with sentient minds for advanced communications. To activate the system, the Innovator pilot's quantum brainwaves must be active. Once scanned, the two GN Drives connect. Finally, large portions of Qan[T]'s armor is purged, and the condensers within the limbs and the GN Drive core extend beyond the frame of the suit.Like its predecessors (the Exia and 00), 00 Qan[T] is a close combat-oriented mobile suit. Its primary weapon is the GN Sword V, the latest in the line of dual functioning weapons that can alternate between sword and rifle modes. A GN Shield is mounted over the left shoulder in a similar fashion to one of the GN-0000 00 Gundam's GN Drives. The shield itself can deploy 6 GN Sword Bits (stored on the sides of the shield) which serve many functions, but are primarily remote blades. The Sword Bits can be attached to the GN Sword V to form either a powerful buster sword or a buster rifle for combat. For added defense, 00 Qan[T] can deploy a GN Field by placing the 6 Sword Bits in a closed spherical formation and can activate the Trans-Am System to enhance its overall capabilities.00 Qan[T] can quantize like 00 Raiser, but with improvements over the original, it is now able to execute this function at will. Unlike 00 Raiser, 00 Qan[T] is capable of quantizing not only for short distances, but all the way across the universe, which was shown when it teleported to the ELS homeworld in the far side of another galaxy. 00 Qan[T]'s Sword Bits have the ability to form a portal and aid in the process. This similar function is also present in GNW-100A Sakibure that appeared 50 years after the end of the movie.The head piece of the 00 Qan[T] acts as a controlling device for the Sword Bits. The particle controlling capabilities of the antennae have yet again improved, allowing the 00 Qan[T] to communicate using Quantum Brainwave interfacing. Ian Vashti has designed the head of the 00 Qan[T] to resemble Setsuna's previous Gundams, the GN-001 Gundam Exia and the GN-0000 00 Gundam.The arm parts of the 00 Qan[T] were made to allow the 00 Qan[T] to wield it's close combat weapons to the fullest. The wrist joints were made to be so flexible that they actually could move like a human arm. The GN Condensers located within the arms have been improved, allowing GN Particles to be transferred to the weapons more smoothly and effectively than the 00 Raiser's condensers.The leg parts of the 00 Qan[T] have built in AMBAC (Active Mass Balance Auto-Control) capabilities to allow it to achieve high maneuverability in zero-G conditions. The knee joints of the 00 Qan[T] were made to be as fluid in motion as a real human knee, with GN condensers located in them, also improved. Some parts of the legs were developed from the GNZ-series, while other parts bore massive improvements to the original parts from the 00. The remaining parts were derived from other GN Drive equipped mobile suits.Being Celestial Being's most advanced MS to date, the 00 Qan[T] is so powerful that it could possibly have eliminated the entire ELS attack force single-handedly had Setsuna chosen not to communicate with them. However, it should be noted that this is just a hypothetical calculation by Veda. It excludes important factors such as ELS' healing abilities, and the physical impossibility of the pilot fighting without food or rest over a whole week of constant battling, making it a very difficult feat to achieve nevertheless.

The RGM-79 Powered GM is a test-use mobile suit introduced in the OVA Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. Known pilots include Dick Allen. The RGM-79 Powered GM was a testbed unit developed for the Gundam Development Project. Based on the RGM-79C GM Type C, it was equipped with an early development version of the RX-78GP01 Gundam GP01 "Zephyranthes"'s a large backpack, as well as a pair of new model shock absorber units with integrated auxiliary power on its knees. Thanks to these modifications, its thrust was increased by 30%. Due to being a testbed unit, it was not given a new model number. Since the units assigned to Torrington Base were destroyed and the Gundam Development Project was later erased from Federation records, the details of its modifications and its specifications were all lost.
