MG 1/100 AMX-004 Qubeley
Bandai
$49.00AMX-004 Qubeley (キュベレイ Kyuberei?) is a mobile suit that appears in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. It is piloted by Haman Karn. The Qubeley is a next generation mobile suit designed for Newtypes that features numerous technological innovations which allow it to fight on par with other advanced mobile suits that appeared during the Gryps Conflict and the First Neo Zeon War. Developed from the data gathered from the MS-09R4 Psycommu Rick Dom "Schnee Weiss" and the AMX-001 Prototype Qubeley, the Qubeley featured four independently movable shoulder binders, two binders per shoulder, to assist in AMBAC (Active Mass Balance Auto Control), granting phenomenal mobility. Though lacking the full range of motion as the arms and legs, these binders bring the Qubeley's total number of movable limbs up to eight. Furthermore, these binders also contain the Qubeley's primary thrusters. The most notable feature of the Qubeley is that it is the first combat mobile suit to be equipped with a mobile suit-sized psycommu system, which is used to control the new remote controlled weaponry known as "Funnels". The prototype featured a similar system, but its psycommu had not been fully miniaturized and the Funnels were stored in its main body, leaving the prototype with a large body that stood 25 meters tall. The system aboard the Qubeley had been perfected and its ten Funnels were stored in a container located in its rear armor, allowing for quicker deployment and recall. The Qubeley lacks the mega particle cannons of the prototype version, replacing them with a pair of dual-purpose beam guns that can double as beam sabers for close combat. Lastly, the Qubeley is one of the first Zeon mobile suits to use a dual-type optical sensor instead of the traditional mono-eye.
MG 1/100 F91 Gundam F91 (Ver. 2.0)
Bandai
$49.00The F91 Gundam F91 (F91 ガンダムF91 Effu Kujūichi Gandamu Fōmyura Nainti Wan?) is a mobile suit introduced in the movie Mobile Suit Gundam F91, in which it was piloted by Seabook Arno.[6][7] Harrison Madin piloted two production type units in custom colors. Based on F90V Gundam F90 VSBR Type, the F91 is a prototype machine created under SNRI’s ‘Formula Project’. The Formula Project, also known as F Project, is a miniaturized MS development program meant to address technological problems such as the upsizing and increasing cost of MS, and to rectify Anaheim Electronics’ monopolization of the MS industry. The F91 was developed to reached the ‘performance limit tidemark of present day MS’, and as such, its capabilities exceed that of contemporary machines. SNRI only referred to it by its model number, F91. It was later given the code name "Gundam F91" by Space Ark captain Leahlee Edaberry as its face resembled the Gundam’s.Befitting its smaller size, the Gundam F91 has a small reactor located in its enlarged backpack, surrounded by high-output thrusters. Despite its reduced size, the reactor has a high output, allowing the suit to drive multiple beam weapons including a beam rifle, two beam sabers, a beam launcher, a beam shield, and a pair of variable speed beam rifles (also known as VSBRs). While the first two beam weapons are common among contemporary mobile suits, the last three are of new designs. The beam launcher is a beam weapon equivalent of a projectile firing bazooka. The beam shield generates a highly defensive energy shield to block beam and projectile attacks. The VSBR is the Gundam F91’s most powerful weaponry, and is capable of firing beams of different speed to achieve either high destructive power or high penetrative power. Other weapons include two Vulcan guns and two mega machine cannons. With its reduced size and the increase in output, the Gundam F91 has a drastically improved power-to-weight ratio, allowing it to attain higher mobility than MS of earlier eras. Its mobility is on par with the miniaturized MS deployed later by the Crossbone Vanguard. It also has special features such as the Bio-Computer, MCA (Multiple Construction Armor) structure, and the MEPE (Metal Peel-off Effect) phenomenon. The Bio-Computer is installed in the suit’s head and feeds battle data directly to the pilot, but only a Newtype pilot can draw out its full potential. Accompanying the installment of the Bio-Computer, a head-mounted coolant and heat discharging system were also implemented, with the face guard opening to discharge heat under certain circumstance. The MCA structure incorporates electrical functions into the suit’s armor, allowing for more efficient use of the F91's limited internal space. The MEPE is a byproduct of the MCA structure. It helps the suit to dissipate excess heat by shedding the outer layers of its armor, and in the process, creates afterimages with mass to confuse enemy pilots, as well as the sensors of enemy machines. However, the MEPE is only activated under specific conditions. The Gundam F91’s high performance is not without drawbacks; its full operating mode is too much for normal pilots to handle. Thus, limiters were installed to make the suit more manageable; only a Newtype pilot can handle the full operating mode. When the Bio-Computer - via the Bio-Sensor in the pilot’s linear seat - determines that a Newtype is at the controls, it will disable the limiters and allow activation of the full operating mode. In this mode, the suit performs at its maximum potential and forced cooling is activated. This results in the suit radiating heat from all over its body: the face guard opens to vent heat, the shoulder-mounted heat radiations fins are deployed, the retractable thruster units on the back of the lower legs and the associated fins are activated, and the MEPE phenomenon occurs. All these are to reduce damage to the machine caused by movement overload during the full operating mode, and to protect the Bio-Computer that is sensitive to high heat. It is also worth noting that the front grill that takes up most of the chest and abdomen is a heat sink. After the war with the Crossbone Vanguard, an unspecified but extremely small numbers of Gundam F91s were manufactured. The MCA, MEPE, and full spec Bio-Computer were omitted from these production type units; inclusion of these technologies in the prototype unit was more for experimental purposes. Despite this, the catalog specifications of these machines are still comparable to the prototype’s. Although the face guard opening mechanism is retained in all production type units, only certain units for ace pilots (such as Harrison Madin’s) can access the full operating mode through improvements in the cooling system and various devices. However, these ace-used units still do not have the MEPE function due to the enhanced cooling system, as well as the change in the materials used in the final layer of armor.
MG 1/100 Freedom Gundam Z.A.F.T. Mobile Suite ZGMF-X10A
Bandai
$59.00The ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam (aka Freedom, X10A) is a mobile suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and piloted by Kira Yamato. One of ZAFT's ZGMF-X series of Gundam units build in C.E. 71 using technology derived from the four captured Alliance's Gundam, the Freedom Gundam has Phase Shift Armor and its armaments include CIWS guns, beam sabers, shield, plasma beam cannons, railguns, and a beam rifle. When the latter three weapons are used simultaneously, the Freedom is said to be in 'Full Burst Mode'. The suit has full flight capabilities in the atmosphere and the back-mounted wings can be deployed in "High Mobility Aerial Tactics (HiMAT) Mode" to enhance its mobility in the atmosphere or in space. It also has an advanced targeting system, the Multi Lock-On System, that allows it to target and fire at multiple enemy units simultaneously. Due to its capabilities and loadout, the suit has a reputation as a specialized 'Mobile Suit Killer', but its high performance resulted in a complicated control system that demands extremely fast reaction speed and spatial awareness from its pilot. When required, the Freedom Gundam can dock with a support unit, the METEOR unit, for heavier firepower and greater speed. The Freedom Gundam has virtually unlimited combat endurance as it is equipped with a Neutron Jammer Canceller and powered by a nuclear reactor. Kira describes the suit as having over four times the power of the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam. However, what this exactly means is unclear. The Freedom Gundam is meant to operate alongside the ZGMF-X09A Justice Gundam, and they are often based on the warship, the FFMH-Y101 Eternal, which is designed specifically to maintain them. Even in CE 73, the suit is still considered by some people, such as Shinn Asuka, as the most powerful mobile suit out there. Overall, it is one of Clyne Faction's symbols of power, along with the Eternal, the Archangel, and the Justice.
MG 1/100 Full Armor Gundam Thunderbolt Ver.Ka
Bandai
$82.00The FA-78 Full Armor Gundam (Thunderbolt Ver.) is a mobile suit that appears in the manga Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt and its animated adaptation. It is piloted by Io Fleming. A heavily armored and highly maneuverable Gundam-type mobile suit deployed by the Moore Brotherhood. There was another type of Full Armor Gundam with similar model number, the FA-78-1, but it had different details and equipment. Both mobile suits were developed under the ‘Full Armor Operation’, and their differences were a result of experimenting with various systems and equipment. The Full Armor Gundam was fitted with numerous pieces of body armor, a large backpack and had much more weaponry than other mobile suits of its time. Like other mobile suits of the Moore Brotherhood, the Full Armor Gundam had special seals on its joints and large backpack to protect them from the debris drifting in the Thunderbolt Sector. Besides the standard beam sabers, it was also armed with a twin beam rifle, five rocket launchers, a large beam cannon, a 6-tube missile pod and numerous missiles stored in various body armor.Using the two sub-arms on the large backpack, the machine could wield up to four shields, greatly increasing its defensive capabilities. To prevent the weight of the added equipment from reducing the mobile suit's mobility, thrusters and apogee motors were installed on the shoulders, legs and large backpack. The large backpack was also fitted with two rocket boosters, and the Full Armor Gundam's total thrust was considered to be comparable to a high mobility-type mobile suit. The Full Armor Gundam's added body armor, the large backpack and most of the weaponry could be purged when they are damaged or not required, reducing dead weight. After witnessing the power of the Moore Brotherhood's Full Armor Gundam, the Zeon's Living Dead Division, which was operating in the same area, decided to deploy the MS-06R Zaku II High Mobility Type (Reuse "P" Device).
MG 1/100 GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike Gundam (Ver. RM)
Bandai
$51.00The GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike is a prototype high mobility mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. Its primary pilot was Kira Yamato before it was passed down to ace pilot Mu La Flaga. The AQM/E-X01 Aile Striker is the most commonly equipped Striker pack for the Strike as it provides the greatest versatility. Thanks to the powerful vernier thrusters built into the Aile Striker, the Strike Gundam becomes an all purpose combat mobile suit with enhanced speed and maneuverability compared to its base capabilities.Despite the strength of the thrusters, they do not perform well enough for true flight capabilities inside Earth's atmosphere. However, they do allow the Strike to glide in the air for a short time and enhance its jumping capabilities to the point that it can combat mobile suits on Guuls that are flying low. Besides the standard armament of the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam, the Aile Striker pack adds a pair of beam sabers to the suit's armament.
MG 1/100 GAT-X105+P202QX Strike Gundam IWSP
Bandai
$51.00The GAT-X105+P202QX Strike Gundam IWSP (aka Strike IWSP) is a prototype mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED MSV. The Integrated Weapons Striker Pack (IWSP) combines the primary characteristics of the Aile, Sword and Launcher Striker Packs, allowing the Strike Gundam to handle different combat situations with one set of equipment. It also grants mobile suit the ability to fly within the atmosphere. Although powerful, the IWSP is highly complex and difficult to use.The IWSP was originally developed by PMP Company, but was abandoned due to energy issue. Orb's Morgenroete Inc. later acquired one of the prototypes and solved the energy issue using their superior battery technology. As the Strike IWSP has no ranged beam weapon, it can be equipped with the standard beam rifle if necessary. After the war, the IWSP is revived by Actaeon Industries in the form of AQM/E-M1 IWSP, which is functionally identical to the earlier P202QX IWSP, despite some differences in appearance. Phantom Pain fit this IWSP pack onto their newly built Strike Gundam which has darker phase shift armor colors. Data obtained from this Strike Gundam IWSP was used in the development of Strike Gundam E, as well as the Noir, Jet and Doppelhorn striker packs.
MG 1/100 GAT-X105E+AQM/E-M1 Strike Gundam E IWSP (Lukas O'Donnell Custom)
Bandai
$55.00The GAT-X105E+AQM/E-M1 Strike E + I.W.S.P. is a variant of the GAT-X105E Strike E introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73 Δ Astray. It is piloted by Sven Cal Bayang and Lukas O'Donnell. The Integrated Weapon Striker Pack (I.W.S.P.) combines the primary characteristics of the Aile, Sword and Launcher Striker Packs, allowing the equipped mobile suit to handle various situations with only one set of equipment. As such it is very heavy, very powerful, very energy intensive and difficult to use. The I.W.S.P. also grants mobile suit the ability to fly within the atmosphere and was originally completed by Orb Union's Morgenroete Inc. during the last days of the first war with the model number, P202QX. AQM/E-M1 is a new model of I.W.S.P. developed by Actaeon Industries after the war, it is functionally identical to the P202QX. When using the I.W.S.P., the Strike E can also be equipped with either Strike or Duel Gundam's beam rifle as its optional handheld weapon.
MG 1/100 GF13-017NJ Shining Gundam
Bandai
$27.00The GF13-017NJ Shining Gundam is a mobile fighter featured in the anime Mobile Fighter G Gundam. It was built by the nation of Neo Japan for the 13th Gundam Fight and piloted by Domon Kasshu, as well as occasionally by his crew member Rain Mikamura. The Shining Gundam was developed for the 13th Gundam Fight by Dr. Mikamura, a Neo Japan scientist. Designed with an emphasis on mobility, it has an excellent balance of offense and defense, and is equipped with the ability to faithfully reproduce the many techniques of the school of the "Undefeated of the East," performed by Domon Kasshu, the champion of colony martial arts. Since the Shining Gundam is a machine that exerts its maximum potential in close combat, there are few fixed armaments.A special feature of this machine is that the emotions and conditions of the passengers are reflected in the machine's performance. In addition, a mechanism that can power up the machine in stages has been introduced.Normal ModeThis form is the default mode of Shining Gundam. It is used when Domon is fighting another opponent without the use of the Shining Finger.Battle ModeThis is the first of Shining Gundam's high-powered modes, which allows it to employ its devastating Shining Finger attack. In this form, the Gundam's arm covers pop out, and its face armor opens for extra ventilation. This transformation briefly increases Shining Gundam's speed and offensive capabilities, but reduces its sensor effectiveness, adaptability, and defensive strength.Super ModeThe second of Shining Gundam's high-powered modes. In this form, Shining Gundam's overall performance is increased by 50%, its speed and offensive power are doubled, and the panels of its armor open up to reveal a variety of cooling systems, boosters and generators. The Super Mode is powered by the emotional energy of its pilot Domon, who at first could only attain this state when he lost control of his rage and passion. However, through the instruction of Schwarz Bruder, Domon learned to attain the serene state of mind of a true warrior, allowing him to activate the Super Mode at will.True Super ModeShining Gundam's True Super Mode is similar to the regular Super Mode, but changes Shining Gundam's colors completely gold. The overall capabilities of the unit are increased tremendously. However, this mode can only be used when Domon is in a serene state of mind (Meikyō Shisui (明鏡止水, Clear Mirror and Still Water) in the original Japanese version). Later, after Domon had replaced Shining Gundam with the God Gundam, both he and the members of the New Shuffle Alliance achieved variations of the True Super Mode called "Hyper Mode".
MG 1/100 GF13-017NJII God Gundam
Bandai
$31.00The GF13-017NJII God Gundam (aka G Gundam, Burning Gundam in the English dub) is the titular Mobile Fighter of Mobile Fighter G Gundam. It was the second Mobile Fighter used by Neo Japan in the 13th Gundam Fight, and is piloted by Domon Kasshu. The successor of the GF13-017NJ Shining Gundam, the God Gundam was developed by Dr. Mikamura almost single-handedly and customized for Domon Kasshu. Even in Normal Mode, its power surpassed that of the Shining Gundam's Super Mode. In addition, it could achieve an even more powerful state called Hyper Mode. Its chest was equipped with the Energy Multiplier System, a unique system that allows energy to be refined in a similar manner to Qi. When piloted by Domon, the King of Heart emblem would appear upon it. It was part of a larger system called the Artificial Aura Generator. The six Core Lander wings on its back (which were named "Dream", "Illusion", "Bubble", "Shadow", "Dew", and "Lightning", after a passage from the Diamond Sutra) and the two short antennas on its head serve as magnetic field generating devices, while the two long antennas function as intelligence-gathering devices. When Hyper Mode is activated, the Energy Multiplier opens up, the six wings deploy, and a ring of light appears on the God Gundam's back, coating it in a magnetic field that improves its mobility through a full-body magnet coating. The God Gundam was armed with a pair of head-mounted vulcan guns, a pair of 3-barrel machine cannons mounted on the upper chest, and a pair of beam swords known as "God Slash". In Hyper Mode, it was capable of using a finisher move known as Bakunetsu God Finger, a refined and more powerful version of Shining Finger. Its forearms were covered in armor known as "G Knuckles" or "God Finger Protectors", which were based on the finishing move of Neo Albania's Gundam Fighter during the 12th Gundam Fight.
MG 1/100 GN-0000+GNR-010/XN 00 XN Raiser
Bandai
$95.00GN-0000+GNR-010/XN 00 XN Raiser (aka 00 XN Raiser, pronounced Double-Oh Sun Raiser), is the combination of the GN-0000 00 Gundam and the GNR-010/XN XN Raiser. It appears in the Mobile Suit Gundam 00V side story. 00 XN Raiser carries a pair of GN Buster Sword IIIs that can combine into one large sword. The additional pair of manipulator arms on the XN Raiser allows the 00 XN Raiser to carry more weapons, as well as grant it another pair of arms for combat use. XN Raiser's binders do not dock into the 00 Gundam's twin GN Drives; instead, they fold up when the XN Raiser is docked onto the 00 Gundam. The entire system docks onto the 00 Gundam's back as a weapons backpack.
MG 1/100 GN-001/hs-A01D Gundam Avalanche Exia Dash
Bandai
$74.00GN-001/hs-A01 Gundam Avalanche Exia (aka Gundam Avalanche Exia, Avalanche Exia) is a variant of the GN-001 Gundam Exia appearing in the side stories Mobile Suit Gundam 00V and Mobile Suit Gundam 00V: Battlefield Record. The Gundam Avalanche Exia is the Celestial Being's Gundam Exia equipped with additional high mobility unit known as "Avalanche Unit". The Gundams have exceptional flight control capabilities through the use of GN Particles, but their speed in the atmosphere and in space are generally inferior to that of specialized high-speed units such as aircrafts. Celestial Being's general mechanic, Ian Vashti, designed and created the Avalanche Unit to grant Exia a high level of mobility comparable to an aircraft's. This concept of utilizing a mobile suit like an aircraft is very similar to the AEU's, and might have been because Ian was previously the chief mechanic of AEU's armed forces and is highly skilled in such utilization of mobile suit. The multiple parts that make up the Avalanche Unit are equipped with GN Condensers and by discharging all their stored GN Particles through various verniers simultaneously, the Avalanche Exia can achieve a higher level of mobility. Additionally, during high-speed movements, the Avalanche Exia's forearm and shoulder parts are linked together in a quasi-transformation like manner. This reduces air resistance and generates a thin GN Field on the machine's surface to control the airflow on the exterior. The name, Avalanche, carries the meaning of "passing by in an instant, consuming everything in its path" and like its name, the mobile suit can outspeed the latest aerial combat mobile suits such as the SVMS-01 Union Flag, AEU-09 AEU Enact and even its fellow Gundam, the transformable, high-speed GN-003 Gundam Kyrios. The "hs" in its model number stands for "High Speed" and the "A01" means "Avalanche type Unit 1".The drawbacks of the Avalanche Exia are that it takes an hour to fully charge the Avalanche Unit's GN Condensers with GN Particles, which will be completely discharged in 10 minutes, limiting the use of the mobile suit to an extremely brief period of time and restricting its travel range. Even so, the Avalanche Exia still has high utility value as it allows the Exia to reach its combat location swiftly. While the one-hour charging time seems to make the Avalanche Exia unusable for unplanned missions, this issue is resolved to a certain degree as Ian always keeps the Avalanche Unit's GN Condensers fully charged. It is possible to extend the discharge time of the GN Particles and increase the travel range by concentrating the Avalanche Exia's supply of GN Particles to the verniers as well as lighten the Gundam by removing its armaments. The Avalanche Unit's GN Condensers are larger than regular ones and can be charged with more GN Particles. Unlike the regular GN Condensers that can display information about their status on the surface, the Avalanche Unit's GN Condensers are completely internalized and so their status are instead displayed on the Gundam's chest GN Condenser. As the Avalanche Unit's primary purpose is for high-speed movement, it does not come with additional weaponry. All the weapons of the normal Exia remain usable by the Avalanche Exia, but due to its higher speed, the Exia's characteristic seven swords have improved penetration and destructive power. To prevent the seven swords from being a hindrance during high-speed movements, they are all stored on the Avalanche Exia's upper body, with the majority mounted on a pair of weapon holders known as "Weapon Arms".The Avalanche Exia was seen relatively early during Celestial Being's armed interventions, and the Avalanche Unit's weight is kept below 5 tons as that was initially thought to be the maximum possible weight without negatively affecting the Gundam's balance. However, this assumption was later found to be wrong, and additional equipment is developed for the Avalanche Exia, resulting in the GN-001/hs-A01D Gundam Avalanche Exia', which is better adapted for operating in space. To prevent the Avalanche Unit from being a dead weight after use, its parts can be instantaneously purged from the Exia prior to the Gundam engaging in close combat.

MG 1/100 Gundam DeathScythe Hell EW
Bandai
$42.00The XXXG-01D2 Gundam Deathscythe Hell (aka Deathscythe Hell, or Gundam Zero-Two) is the upgraded version of XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. It is piloted by Duo Maxwell. An updated version of the XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe that was destroyed by OZ, the Deathscythe Hell is better adapted for space combat. Like its predecessor, the Deathscythe Hell specializes in stealth and close combat. The new active cloak mounted on the shoulders improve the suit's defense when closed, and can withstand multiple beam cannon shots from OZ's OZ-02MD Virgo. Furthermore, it also allows the suit to become invisible. When opened, the active cloak enhances the Gundam's mobility. One of Duo Maxwell's favorite strategies is to use the Gundam's enhanced hyper jammers and its invisibility to sneak close to enemy units and catch them unawares. This tactic is usually good for taking out at least one or two enemy units, after which Duo will uncloak the Gundam.Deathscythe Hell's primary weapon is a Twin Beam Scythe, an upgraded version of its predecessor's Beam Scythe, and it is equipped with a second beam scythe blade and a small rocket engine on the end, giving it a greater reach and power. The Deathscythe Hell's secondary weapon is a Buster Shield on the left forearm which can be deployed as a projectile weapon. Like the original Deathscythe's, this buster shield can also emit a beam blade. Lastly, the Deathscythe Hell retained the Deathscythe's head-mounted vulcan guns, but the clavicle-mounted machine guns were removed.
MG 1/100 Gundam Virtue Celestial Being GN-005
Bandai
$83.00The GN-005 Gundam Virtue (aka Gundam Virtue, Gundam Virtue Particle, Virtue) is a mobile suit featured in season one of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. It is piloted by Tieria Erde. A heavily armed and armored mobile suit, the Gundam Virtue has the highest offensive and defensive power among the third-generation Gundams deployed in AD 2307 by the Celestial Being, a paramilitary organization aiming to eliminate world conflicts through armed interventions. Specializing in artillery warfare for fleet battles and assaulting enemy strongholds, the Virtue's firepower is unmatched among contemporaries thanks to heavy beam weaponry, consisting of a GN Bazooka and two GN Cannons. As Virtue is not meant for anti-mobile suit combat, its only melee weapon is a pair of GN Beam Sabers. Due to its large size, Virtue's mobility and evasive capabilities are lower than the other Gundams, but these weaknesses are mitigated by its high defensive strength in the form of heavy armor and the ability to generate a 360-degree GN Field barrier around itself that can nullify most physical and beam attacks. The Virtue demonstrated impressive propulsion capabilities when it was shown to be capable of overcoming the combined thrust of six MSJ-06II-E Tieren Space Types. Like the other Gundams, Virtue has a semi-perpetual GN Drive in the center of its body that provides almost limitless energy and generates special, multifunctional GN Particles. The GN Particles have a unique mass reduction effect and because of this, the heavily equipped Virtue can operate efficiently and weighs only half as much as the similarly bulky MSJ-06II-A Tieren Ground Type operated by the Human Reform League. This reduction effect remains even when the Virtue is not operating as the GN Drive continues to function. The GN Particles are also utilized for propulsion, beam weaponry, generation of GN Field, attitude control, and stealth purposes as they can cause electromagnetic interference, leaving conventional communications and radar devices useless.Due to the heavy GN Particle demand of Virtue's beam weaponry and GN Field, large capacity GN Condensers are mounted throughout its body to store excess particles produced by the GN Drive when the Gundam is not operating. The GN Particles are primarily controlled through a pair of torso-mounted clavicle antennas, and light purple-colored "GN Cables" are installed in various locations to facilitate the supply of these particles to each part of the Gundam and for attitude control purposes. In an emergency, the Virtue can activate the special "Trans-Am System" to enhance its thrust and defensive strength, as well as increase its output to three times that of its normal specifications for a limited time period. The Virtue glows red as a side-effect and though Trans-Am boosts the power of its beam weaponry, this system is also a double-edged sword as Virtue's performance will drop dramatically once it ends.Besides the Trans-Am System, which is also utilized by other Gundams, the Virtue has another method of responding to emergencies that is unique, it can purge its armor to reveal the GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh. However, this was not the original intention of the armor purging mechanism, which was meant for the simultaneous switch to Nadleeh while activating the latter's Trial System. The concept of hiding a Gundam within another Gundam can be traced to the common predecessor of Virtue and Nadleeh – the second generation GNY-004 Gundam Plutone, which is fitted with an ejectable flight unit known as the "Core Fighter". The Plutone is also the first Gundam capable of generating a 360-degree GN Field, but its generation system is not as stable as Virtue's. The Nadleeh is concealed to prevent its Trial System, an ability to stop betrayers, from being discovered and for effective utilization of the limited numbers of GN Drives that Celestial Being has.Among the third-generation Gundams, Virtue's development was the slowest. At that time, the current form of Virtue was also known as "Gundam Virtue Particle" to differentiate it from an alternate design, the physical projectile-based GN-005/PH Gundam Virtue Physical. Both designs are prepared by Veda, Celestial Being's quantum computing system, based on its predictions about armed intervention missions. Despite their differences, both Virtue Particle and Virtue Physical are designed as artillery units for anti-fleet and anti-stronghold combat, this ensures the Nadleeh is positioned at the rear and could quickly return to the base or mothership to be outfitted with more effective equipment to stop betrayers. In the end, after studying the results of multiple joint exercises involving the four Gundam Meisters, Veda chose Virtue Particle as it displayed better cooperability with the other Gundams.Veda rejected the idea of keeping the Virtue Physical as alternate equipment because switching equipment mid-mission is expected to be very difficult due to the lean manpower and the design of the mothership. There is also the worry that the enemy might discover the hidden Nadleeh by observing the commonalities between the two equipment sets. The Gundam Virtue is eventually succeeded by the reborn Celestial Being's GN-008 Seravee Gundam, which is also an anti-fleet and anti-stronghold mobile suit equipped with multiple beam cannons and GN Field. Data from the Gundam Virtue is also utilized in the development of the CBY-077 GN Cannon and the GNZ-003 Gadessa, the former is part of Veda's alternate plan for armed intervention and the latter is used by an enemy of the reborn Celestial Being.

$55.00The GX-9901-DX Gundam Double X (aka Gundam DX, Double X, DX) is a mobile suit produced by the New United Nations Earth in After War Gundam X and piloted by Garrod Ran. The GX-9901-DX Gundam DX was created by mobile suit engineers of the newly formed New United Nations Earth (NUNE). NUNE recovered the wreckage of GX-9900 Gundam X used by Jamil Neate during the 7th Space War and transplanted some of its system to the new mobile suit dubbed Double X. Furthermore, as creating a completely brand new design was extremely difficult, the mechanics used the Gundam X as the base unit when developing the Double X.The Gundam Double X has an improved Satellite System, the "Satellite System Mk-II". It consisted of a larger reflector unit on its back with six panels, and several energy radiator plates on the limbs as part of the new improved cooling system to increase the microwave energy absorption. Accompanying this increase in energy storage capacity, the single-barreled Satellite Cannon was upgraded into the two-barreled Twin Satellite Cannon, allowing Double X to unleash destructive force several times that of the Gundam X. The power of the Twin Satellite Cannon was demonstrated when Garrod Ran used it to destroy the island of Zonder Epta in one shot, and shown again when used to destroy the Space Revolutionary Army's Colony Laser. As the old system transplanted from Jamil's Gundam X still contains his brain wave patterns, Double X can use the Twin Satellite Cannon without a Newtype as its pilot. The Gundam Double X is also equipped with two Hyper Beam Swords stored on its side skirt armor, two Head Vulcans, four Breast Launchers and can use custom-made weapons including the Buster Rifle and Defense Plate. Because of its similarities to the Gundam X, the Gundam Double X can dock with a support craft developed for the Gundam X called the GS-9900 G-Falcon. While docked with the G-Falcon, the Double X is unable to use some of its weapons, but has the ability to use the weapons equipped on the aft section of the G-Falcon. Also, while joined with the G-Falcon, the Gundam Double X is able to safely re-enter Earth's atmosphere.Like the Gundam X, the Double X had a security key in the form of a G-Controller that is needed to activate and control it. However, while the Double X has its own G-Controller, its base system is still the same as the Gundam X. This means that even without the Double X's G-Controller, it can still be operated by anyone who has an older-model G-Controller used with the Gundam X - as demonstrated by Garrod, who stole the Double X in this manner.
