Kotobukiya Zoids 1/72 EZ-034 Geno Breaker Repackage Ver.
Kotobukiya
$105.00The Geno Breaker (ジェノブレイカー, Jeno Bureikā) (EZ-034) is a Tyrannosaurus-type Zoid, and one of over 200 species of biomechanical lifeforms depicted by TOMY's Zoids franchise. Based on the Geno Saurer, the Geno Breaker was first released in 2000, and the Zoid plays a significant role in both the Battle Story and the Zoids: Guardian Force anime. The Geno Breaker is a main rival to the Blade Liger.Designed for speed and mobility, instead of back-mounted cannons like in the Geno Saurer the Geno Breaker has a large thruster pack, allowing the Zoid limited flight capability. The pack also is equipped with a large pair of multi-purpose claws mounted on extendable mechanical arms known as X-Breakers.Besides serving as close combat weapons, the X-Breakers are heavily armoured, allowing them to be used as shields. There are no cannons like on Geno Saurer's nose, but instead the Geno Breaker features a retractable Laser Charging Blade. Its Charged Particle Cannon can now be fired from the air, with the Breaker countering the recoil of the blast with its boosters, as well as in any direction the pilot wishes, be it on the ground or in the air.For all its strengths, the Geno Breaker's specialised design leaves it lacking rear protection[citation needed], as all of its weapons are fixed facing forwards. In the anime, the Geno Breaker (as well as the earlier Geno Saurer) is depicted with an additional weapon. It is able to launch its hands on long, retractable cables like grappling hooks to grab and restrain Zoids at a distance, and pull them into its line of fire. However, unlike the Geno Saurer, the Geno Breaker was never depicted as being able to deliver an electrical shock through the claws. The anime also depicts the Geno Breaker with an Energy Shield, which it deploys by linking together the tips of its X-Breakers.
Kotobukiya Zoids 1/72 EZS-027 Rev Raptor
Kotobukiya
$50.00The Rev Raptor (レブラプター EZ-027) (also stylized as Rev Rapter) is a Velociraptor-type of Zoid affiliated with the Guylos Empire, and is one of over 200 species of bio-mechanical lifeforms that form the Zoid race depicted in TOMY's Zoids franchise. The Rev Raptor possesses a considerable array of melee weapons for a Zoid of its size, but lacks any ranged weapons by default. As a result, it is often at a disadvantage against theoretically weaker Zoids, such as the Godos or Guysak. However, should it get in close it can defeat theoretically stronger Zoids. They work best in masses and in the Battle Story, a pack of Raptors were able to collectively take down a much larger Gojulas. Many variants of the Rev Raptor exist, which do feature the addition of ranged weapons.

Kotobukiya Zoids 1/72 RZ-007 Shield Liger
Kotobukiya
$60.00The Shield Liger (RZ-007) (シールドライガー Shīrudo Raigā) is a Lion-type Zoid featured prominently throughout the Zoids universe. The Shield Liger plays a central role in Zoids: Chaotic Century, and appears in some fashion in most of the anime series, manga, and video games. The Shield Liger's is the opposite of the Zaber Fang, mechanically the two designs share a number of components.Fast and agile in its day, the Shield Liger's performance has been exceeded by more modern Zoids. However, the Shield Liger remains a capable and versatile Zoid. The Shield Liger's most distinctive feature is the Energy Shield built into its mane that gives it its name. The Shield Liger was the first Zoid to use an Energy Shield, at the time giving it an unparalleled advantage. The Shield covers the Liger's forward half, protecting it from enemy weapons fire. In addition to a defensive measure, the Shield can also be utilised for high-speed ramming attacks. The Shield Liger would also serve as the basis of the Blade Liger design.
Kotobukiya Zoids 1/72 RZ-010 Pteras Bomber Marking Plus Ver.
Kotobukiya
$50.00The Pteras (RZ-010) (プテラス originally named the Puterasu) is a Pterosaur-type of Zoid, a one of over 200 species of bio-mechanical lifeforms that form the Zoids race depicted in TOMY's Zoids Franchise. The Pteras uses Magnesser Wing technology to provide lift and propulsion. These wings use magnetic repulsion to lift the Zoid and move it once airborne. This system makes the Pteras very easy to learn and operate. The Pteras' weapons load primarily consists of missiles for both air and ground attack. If its missiles are depleted, the Zoid is left with a single small cannon for defense, making it rather vulnerable in longer engagements. Its speed and agility is somewhat lacking, when compared to most other airborne Zoids. However, the Pteras does have some ground capability.

MG 1/100 AMX-004 Qubeley
Bandai
$49.00AMX-004 Qubeley (キュベレイ Kyuberei?) is a mobile suit that appears in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. It is piloted by Haman Karn. The Qubeley is a next generation mobile suit designed for Newtypes that features numerous technological innovations which allow it to fight on par with other advanced mobile suits that appeared during the Gryps Conflict and the First Neo Zeon War. Developed from the data gathered from the MS-09R4 Psycommu Rick Dom "Schnee Weiss" and the AMX-001 Prototype Qubeley, the Qubeley featured four independently movable shoulder binders, two binders per shoulder, to assist in AMBAC (Active Mass Balance Auto Control), granting phenomenal mobility. Though lacking the full range of motion as the arms and legs, these binders bring the Qubeley's total number of movable limbs up to eight. Furthermore, these binders also contain the Qubeley's primary thrusters. The most notable feature of the Qubeley is that it is the first combat mobile suit to be equipped with a mobile suit-sized psycommu system, which is used to control the new remote controlled weaponry known as "Funnels". The prototype featured a similar system, but its psycommu had not been fully miniaturized and the Funnels were stored in its main body, leaving the prototype with a large body that stood 25 meters tall. The system aboard the Qubeley had been perfected and its ten Funnels were stored in a container located in its rear armor, allowing for quicker deployment and recall. The Qubeley lacks the mega particle cannons of the prototype version, replacing them with a pair of dual-purpose beam guns that can double as beam sabers for close combat. Lastly, the Qubeley is one of the first Zeon mobile suits to use a dual-type optical sensor instead of the traditional mono-eye.
MG 1/100 Crossbone Gundam X-1 Full Cloth
Bandai
$47.00XM-X1 Crossbone Gundam X-1 is a testbed mobile suit developed by the Earth Federation's Strategic Naval Research Institute (SNRI). It was featured in the Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam manga series. The F97 is specifically designed by the SNRI to be used near Jupiter, where the strong gravitational field creates serious propulsion problems. Units operating on Earth and near Earth's orbit usually achieve high mobility using thrusters distributed across the mobile suit's body. However, under Jupiter's gravitational influence, this would require enlargement of the thrusters, leading to an increase in the mobile suit's size and mass. Larger thrusters would require more powerful reactors, which in turn adds more mass.To resolve this, the F97 is equipped with a set of four movable thrusters in an X-shaped array. Used in tandem with the unit's AMBAC system, these thrusters allow high mobility around Jupiter's orbit without increasing the size and mass of the mobile suit – and when combined into one huge thruster column, they are capable of dramatically increasing the unit's top speed. Of course, there are tradeoffs; a unit designed for these unique conditions like the F97 is difficult to control on or near Earth.Though technically the F97 are general purpose mobile suits, they were designed with extra emphasis on their close range combat abilities. With their high mobility, they easily outmaneuver most enemy mobile suits, allowing them to slip into close range and past the beam shield. Additionally, the Crossbone Vanguard leader, Berah Ronah, sought to fight the war against the Jupiter Empire with as little loss of life as possible. With blades it is easier to take out a mobile suit without destroying the cockpit than it is with a beam rifle.Another notable equipment is the Anti-Beam Coating cloak, which can be stored on the F97's back and unfolded when needed. When unfolded, it covers the mobile suit's entire body, and disperses beam energy over the cloak. It can usually withstand five standard beam shots without spending any energy, with the additional advantage of stealth. Like its predecessor F91 Gundam F91, its "mouth" can be opened as a vent. The F97 is also equipped with a plug-in type core fighter, which mounts the movable thrusters and two standard beam sabers.Four units were made in total and given by SNRI to the Crossbone Vanguard. In order to cover this secret dealing, they were assigned the codes X-0, XM-X1, XM-X2, and XM-X3 and given the name Crossbone Gundam.
MG 1/100 Destiny Gundam Extreme Blast Mode
Bandai
$79.00The ZGMF-X42S Destiny Gundam is the titular mobile suit of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny and was piloted by Shinn Asuka. A straight-built Gunpla version is piloted by Shimon Izuna in Gundam Build Fighters Try. The ZGMF-X42S Destiny Gundam is a high performance general-purpose MS commissioned by ZAFT Chairman Gilbert Durandal, who ordered it to be incorporated with the most advanced technology of the time, including technologies banned by the Junius Treaty. Based on the ZGMF-X56S Impulse Gundam and Shinn Asuka's combat data, it is designed to handle any combat situations with a single set of varied armament, a concept first tested on the ZGMF-X56S/θ Destiny Impulse. For close combat, it has two beam boomerangs that double as beam sabers, a pair of palm beam cannons, and a large beam sword. For ranged battle, it is equipped with a long-range beam cannon and a beam rifle. For defense, it mounts a small physical shield as well as two beam shield generators. Lastly, the suit has a standard set of CIWS.For the Destiny Gundam to use its variety of weapons effectively and quickly, it needs to have a wider range of body movements as well as be more flexible. To achieve a wider range of body movements, the suit's basic structural components are split into smaller, movable pieces, while its armor is divided into smaller pieces in a manner similar to that of the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam's. The exposed gaps in the armor due to smaller armor pieces are remedied by mapping out the ranges of motion of the frame using Shinn's combat performance to determine the most efficient way to separate the armor parts. This ensures the wider range of body movements do not compromise defensive power. To be more flexible, the Destiny's joints are constructed of the same materials found in Phase Shift armor. This allows the joints to possess near-human flexibility when phase-shifted and a faint metallic glow is produced when discharging excess residual energy within the body through the joints. Through these measures, the suit met its requirements, however, various problems remain to be solved, including maintenance problems and production issues.Other special aspects are the Destiny's use of the new Voiture Lumiere propulsion system and the use of Mirage Colloid to create illusionary copies of itself. Destiny's Voiture Lumiere propulsion system is installed in the wings, which are improved version of the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam's wings, and will produce a special light effect known as Wings of Light during high speed movements. The Voiture Lumiere propulsion system is frequently used alongside the Mirage Colloid to confuse the enemy as the real Destiny sets up for a high-speed attack. Like the ZGMF-X666S Legend Gundam, the Destiny Gundam is powered by the Hyper-Deuterion Engine and armored with Variable Phase Shift armor. Although classified as a "Second Stage Series" mobile suit, as indicated by the "S" in its model code, the Destiny should be a "Third Stage Series" instead based on its performance. This is done to hide the fact that it is a nuclear-powered suit and should have an "A" instead.
