HG 1/144 HG00 GN-000 0 Gundam (Type A.C.D.)

Bandai

$15.00

The GN-000 0 Gundam (pronounced Oh-Gundam) is the first GN Drive equipped mobile suit in the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 series. It was piloted by Ribbons Almark and later by Lasse Aeon. The 0 Gundam was a general-purpose mobile suit developed during the Solar Power Wars, 15 – 20 years prior to the revelation of Celestial Being, and was completed around A.D. 2290. The first Gundam created by Celestial Being, it was also known as the first generation machine. Data obtained from it was used in creating the second generation Gundams such as the GNY-001 Gundam Astraea. Unbeknownst to the organization, the 0 Gundam's data was copied by Ribbons Almark and the Corner Family, who later used it to create the Throne series. Although Ribbons was once the 0 Gundam's pilot, he was not its official Gundam Meister as the suit did not switch its rollout color scheme (white, grey and yellow) to a custom one, a standard procedure whenever a Gundam has an official Meister. While the completion of the GN Drive was an important step in the establishment of GN Drive-equipped mobile weapons, it also required the development of ancillary technologies and materials like E-Carbon that is capable of withstanding the machines' high output. No matter how revolutionary a specific part is, it would not be able to demonstrate its full capabilities until surrounding technologies have also developed enough. As such the completion of the 0 Gundam was a triumph as it established the basic concepts and systems for later Gundams. This included the use of the GN Drive as the main engine unit, use of the GN Drive's high output to drive beam weapons, presence of clavicle antennae on the torso for controlling GN Particles, and head-mounted v-fin antenna as well as twin eye camera. Compared to later Gundams, the GN Drive's cone on the 0 Gundam's back was not only of a different design, it was also larger and protruded out more as the drive's ancillary/support systems were yet to be miniaturized. In terms of armaments, the suit has a Beam Saber, Beam Gun, and Gundam Shield for close to mid-range combat. During the Celestial Being's armed intervention in A.D. 2307-2308, the 0 Gundam was with the shadow support organization, Fereshte, who usually took out its GN Drive to power their Gundams. Fereshte eventually merged with the reborn Celestial Being, bringing the 0 Gundam along. The 0 Gundam's GN Drive was then removed and used in powering the GN-0000 00 Gundam, while the suit itself was stored in one of Celestial Being's resource satellites. The 0 Gundam was later pulled out of storage for combat deployment during the final battle with the Innovators. Since there was no GN Drive left to power it, the 0 Gundam was fitted with a large GN Condenser, also known as particle storage tank, that gave it limited operational time. It also had a new color scheme of red, blue and yellow, and was renamed as 'GN-000 0 Gundam (Type A.C.D.)' (Actual Combat Deployment) to differentiate it from its original form. This version uses the same armament as the original's. Later in the battle, the 0 Gundam (Type A.C.D) was abandoned by the backup Gundam Meister Lasse Aeon after its particle reserves were depleted. It was then found by Ribbons, who reactivated the Gundam one last time using a GN Drive he had cut off from the 00 Gundam.

A Gundam Frame owned by the Nadira family, one of the prestigious families that assisted Gjallarhorn's Seven Stars. The Gundam Gremory's most notably feature is that its upper body, including the movable hood that covers it head, is armored with the Nanolaminate Coat, which is stronger than Nanolaminate Armor. The Gundam Gremory utilizes the Nanolaminate Coat's astounding shock resistance capabilities to take on blows from the enemy and perform counterattacks. This material also grants the Gundam Gremory with the highest defensive power among all mobile suits, enabling it to fight and survive the Calamity War that took place over 300 years ago.The Gundam Gremory is an extremely versatile unit that can lead battles, perform reconnaissance, and undergo solo operations due to its exquisite defensive abilities. Its head is similar to the other Gundam Frames, with twin eyes and antennae, but is rarely seen as it is often covered by the hood. The hood can flip to the back to expose the head, while the armor on the back of each forearm can flip forward when needed. The Gundam Gremory wields an anchor-shaped weapon named the Battle Anchor, but one of its blades was damaged during the Calamity War. As such, the weapon now resembles a massive scythe, and together with the Gundam Gremory's hooded appearance, this mobile suit evokes the image of the Grim Reaper.

Its armaments and equipment are also modified to have a higher performance that the standard Dilanza simply cannot match. With a simple removal of its limiters, the Dilanza Sol fulfils its true power without any large-scale overhauls. In other words, all Dilanza units have the potential to be a fully combat-ready mobile suit. Its shoulder-mounted shields are thicker than the Dilanza's providing greater protection. Bandai

$20.00

The RGM-89 Jegan is a mass-produced general-purpose mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. A state-of-the-art machine adopted by the Earth Federation Forces in U.C. 0089 as its main force mobile suit, the Jegan comes from the lineage of the RGM-79 GM as inferred by its "RGM" model number. However, it was not developed by the Earth Federation Forces' own engineers like most previous RGM series mobile suit. Instead, it was produced and supplied by the Anaheim Electronics (AE). Created through combining the Earth Federation Forces' expertise of the GM series with AE's MS development technologies, the Jegan's performance is significantly higher than the RGM-86R GM III. It also has improved productivity due to the use of Titanium Alloy Ceramic Composite armor, as well as high operability, and excellent versatility. All these allows it to become the "next-generation standard MS", and it operated as the main force MS for a long period of time. Several variations of the MS were also developed. The original Jegan is sometimes referred to as "Jegan Type-A" to differentiate it from later variants, and should not be confused with the later RGM-89R Jegan A-Type.The Jegan highly exemplified the original concept of MS being "mobile infantry for melee combat", and is designed for close combat in and around space colonies. It can also operate under gravity without any modifications. With a backpack containing a single main thruster, two small thrusters at the bottom, and two articulated vernier arms at the top, the Jegan's thrust and acceleration performance could match-high mobility-type machines from the Gryps War-era. Its backpack also featured exchangeable propellant tanks. Also notable are the verniers for attitude controls on the front shoulder armor, enlarged centre shoulder armor sections to fit the side thrusters, and a calf-mounted thruster on each leg. The use of lightened armor grants the machine high maneuverability, its front skirt armor is removed to maintain the legs' range of articulation, while its head has a long-range sensor installed in the forehead in addition to the fixed main sensors. The Jegan is armed with mainly short-range weaponry, including a beam saber, a short-range type beam rifle, three hand grenades, a vulcan pod system, and a shield with twin missile launchers.

The Jesta is a high performance special operations mobile suit of the Jegan series developed by Anaheim Electronics to escort the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam, as the Unicorn Gundam's operating time in its Destroy Mode is limited. Aside from escorting the Unicorn Gundam, the Jesta's intended mission also consisted of dispatching ordinary enemy forces, creating "situations" in which the Unicorn Gundam can directly confront and destroy enemy Newtype weapons. The Jesta is fitted with a backpack capable of tremendous thrust so as to keep up with the Unicorn Gundam. Although the Jesta's weapon loadout is similar to the Jegan's, it features improved and more advanced weapons, such as the customized beam rifle and backpack-mounted movable shield, which like the Jegan's shield, contains four missiles. In addition to its advanced weaponry, the Jesta also carries three spare magazines for the beam rifle on the right forearm, and a beam saber on its left forearm.Although intended to be an escort unit, the Jesta's performance surpasses most Federation mobile suits of its time, overwhelmingly exceeding the Jegan type of the same period, with its performance reaching 90% of the RX-93 ν Gundam's. The Jesta is essentially a product of the UC Project, however this fact has been kept hidden even within the Earth Federation Forces.

Its armament consisted of two back-mounted high-energy long-range beam cannons, a chest-mounted multi-phase energy cannon, 2-barrel ram cannon equipped shield attached to the left arm and a hand-carried plasma-sabot bazooka. Due to its Trans-Phase armor, a more energy-efficient form of the Phase Shift armor, Calamity has a longer operational time than the first generation GAT-X machines and also has more energy for its power-hungry beam weapons. With the powerful thrusters installed around the body, it can hover over deserts or bodies of water easily. However, as it lacks true flight capability within the atmosphere, it often has to ride on top of GAT-X370 Raider Gundam when the latter is in MA mode to keep up with its flight-capable sister units when moving to the combat zone. In this configuration, Calamity uses Raider much like ZAFT suits use the Guul subflight lifter. The control system of the Calamity is very complex and its customized OS can only be used by the "Biological CPU".

The ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex (ガンダムバルバトスルプスレクス?) is the main mobile suit featured in the latter half of the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS. It is piloted by Mikazuki Augus. The Gundam Barbatos Lupus fought a fierce battle against the Hashmal in the vicinity of Chryse, a city on Mars and was so severely damaged that it was sent to the Saisei's MS workshop for a major upgrade. Data sampling of Barbatos Lupus’ fight with Hashmal was also conducted during the overhaul. To match the combat data of Mikazuki Augus, who was increasing his compatibility with the mobile suit through the Alaya-Vijnana System, the machine's response speed was increased to the limit of its theoretical value. Movement of the frame's joints were also delicately tuned to match the pilot's actual sensations. The suit's cockpit hatch was changed from its predecessors' top opening method to a front opening style in consideration of Mikazuki's worsened disabilities. To more intuitively reflect Mikazuki's fighting style, the suit's arms were enlarged and elongated like a beast, and various weapons are fitted on the body. The arms' frame structure was also upgraded and reinforced. The tail parts of the Hashmal was transplanted to the suit's back, and through the Alaya-Vijnana System, Mikazuki controls this tail blade as if it was a limb. Overall, the Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex is customized for close combat, and its silhouette gives it a more ferocious look than its predecessors. The word 'Rex' means 'King' in latin, and this is fateful as Mikazuki is going along with Orga Itsuka, whose aspiration is to be "King of Mars."

The MBF-02+P202QX Strike Rouge IWSP is a mobile suit introduced in the the original design series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED MSV and featured in the photo-novel Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Astray B. The Strike Rouge was originally intended to be equipped with the P202QX Integrated Weapons Striker Pack (IWSP). However, this plan was dropped as the control system was too complex for the mobile suit's pilot, Cagalli Yula Athha. The IWSP combines the primary characteristics of the Aile, Sword, and Launcher Striker Packs, allowing the Strike Rogue to handle different combat situations with one set of equipment. The IWSP also grants atmospheric flight capability. As the Strike Rouge IWSP has no ranged beam weapon, it can be equipped with the Strike Rogue's beam rifle if necessary. The IWSP was initially developed by the PMP Company, but its development stopped due to energy issues. Orb's Morgenroete Inc. later acquired one of the prototypes and solved the energy issue using their superior battery technology.

The RX-79[G] Gundam Ground Type is a limited production mobile suit introduced in the Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team OVA. The Gundam Ground Type was one of the early prototypes for the Earth Federation's mobile suit mass production plan, produced in limited numbers before the recovery of the RX-78-2 Gundam's combat data. As its name suggests, it was designed solely for ground combat, and all space-use equipment, as well as the Core Block System, were omitted. This caused the Gundam Ground Type to be lighter, allowing it to rival the performance of the RX-78 while under gravity. In order to save time and cost, the RX-79[G] was constructed using surplus parts for the RX-78. Since the quality of these parts varied greatly, differences in performance became a problem, so a limiter was added in order to ensure stable performance. This limiter can be disengaged, activating a state known as "MAX mode", greatly increasing performance. However, due to the heavy burden placed on the unit, this mode can only be activated for a limited time.Compared to the RX-78, the RX-79[G] featured many design changes. The head-mounted Vulcan guns were omitted in favor of the ability to mount various optional equipment to adapt to different situations, such as extra antennae for long-range communication or a Vulcan pod for enhanced close combat ability. An extendable snorkel camera for enemy searching was mounted on the left side of the head. The beam saber racks were moved from the backpack to the legs, and were changed to an enclosed type to prevent dust from entering. A Vulcan gun and a multi-launcher were mounted on the left side of the chest. Its backpack was designed to mount various equipment, such as a weapon container for carrying various handheld weapons or a parachute pack. The Gundam Ground Type was capable of using beam rifle. However, only a small number of beam rifles were manufactured for it, and few units were equipped with it. As such, its primary ranged weapons were physical projectile weapons, such as the 100mm machine gun and the 180mm cannon. Two spare magazines for the machine gun can be mounted on the side armor on the waist. As the RX-79[G] was built out of surplus parts for the RX-78, replacements parts were very limited, and many bases were forced to perform field repairs on their units using parts from other mobile suits, creating many custom type units. One such example was the unit piloted by Karen Joshua, which had its head replaced with the head of an RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type.

The RX-78-2 Gundam is the titular mobile suit of Mobile Suit Gundam television series. Part of the RX-78 Gundam series, it was built in secret on Side 7. The Gundam would turn the tide of war in favor of the Earth Federation during the One Year War against the Principality of Zeon. It was primarily piloted by Amuro Ray. The Gundam was incredibly advanced for its time. Built from lightweight Luna Titanium Alloy, its frame was both lighter than that of Zeon's mass-produced mobile suits and much sturdier, able to shrug off a MS-06 Zaku II's machine gun fire with little to no damage. Its offensive power was above and beyond that of the Zakus. The Gundam would engage in most battles with its beam rifle, making it the first mobile suit to have firepower equivalent to a battleship's beam cannons. In addition, it made use of two beam sabers, blades of extremely hot plasma which could cut through any metal with ease. Those beam sabers could be extended into a spear-like beam javelin, which could be used to stab into an enemy from a longer distance. The Gundam also used more conventional weaponry; it could launch rockets with a "Hyper Bazooka", the Federation's answer to the bazookas used by Zeon's Zakus; in addition, its head was outfitted with a pair of small vulcan guns, as a way of attacking light-armored aircraft and vehicles without wasting ammo or energy from its more powerful armaments. It also made use of a very unconventional close-range weapon known as the "Gundam Hammer" - a large weapon similar to a flail which could be swung at enemies to deal crushing damage. The Gundam Hammer was eventually upgraded for use in space and outfitted with a number of verniers on the ball, and renamed to be the "Hyper Hammer". Lastly, it wielded a shield which would offer it a defense against enemy attacks that not even its Luna Titanium body could withstand without damage. Gundam pilot, Amuro Ray, would make use of the shield as a decoy in many battles, taking advantage of its size to fool the enemy into thinking he was charging at them, then attacking the enemy through the shield. In terms of technology, the Gundam was equipped with a sophisticated Learning Computer which would collect pilot and enemy data during skirmishes and allow the Gundam to operate more effectively. The data from the computer was used by the Federation to improve the controls of the Gundam's mass-produced form, the RGM-79 GM. In addition, it was upgraded by Federation technician Mosque Han shortly before the Battle of A Baoa Qu to improve its reaction times, the joints of the Gundam were given a Magnet Coating, based on the experimental procedure performed on the RX-78-3 "G-3" Gundam and later used on Amuro's intended successor unit, the RX-78NT-1 Gundam "Alex".The Gundam makes use of the Core Block System implemented in the other V Project units. The torso of the Gundam is mostly hollow so that a FF-X7 Core Fighter can dock with it. This allows the pilot to jettison the legs and torso of the Gundam should the machine be too heavily damaged and gives the pilot a chance to escape from battle. Later, during Operation Odessa, the Gundam is given a support unit known as the G-Fighter. The two G-Fighters were designed to take advantage of the Gundam's modular system and diversify the Gundam's role in active combat. These modes ranged from the assault bomber G-Armor to the close combat support tank G-Bull. Officially, it is called a prototype, but it is also said to be more of a custom-made machine that is finished with high quality materials and the best technology.
