Gauntlets [Lithoclase]
After Baki earned his first pot of gold, he bought engineering gear on the black market to modify his home under the bridge. By chance, he found small pile drivers and drills meant for civil-engineering prosthetics. He originally purchased them for renovations, but their power was impressive. Since ranged weapons are banned in matches, he later worked with Joe to convert them into a standard prosthetic interface. The arms could mount on prosthetics, and Baki and Joe refined the fists further. Thanks to the pile driver architecture, the impact force far exceeds conventional prosthetics, boasting what Joe calls nuclear-level power.
Melee Blade [Cardinal T-4 Cutting Module]

Produced by A.R.C.A.N.E for soldiers, this high-frequency vibrating blade uses a multilayer graphene–titanium carbide composite for exceptional cutting strength. A pressure-sensitive grip automatically adjusts friction, enabling precise control even with gloves. Activating high-frequency vibration increases cutting efficiency by 17 times.
Melee Blade [Butter Knife MK3]
Its designer said it “cuts like butter,” which inspired the name. This third-generation military-issue blade glows orange-red and specializes in attacking powered-armor joints. High-frequency pulse-heating brings the edge to 1500°C in 0.5 seconds. A liquid-metal conductive layer keeps heat focused at the cutting edge. A special energy cell provides 120 seconds of continuous ultra-high-temperature cutting with a 40-second cooldown. The tradeoff is heavy energy consumption, so use with care.
Nano-Reconstructor Cannon [Barba-IV Type]
Built by A.R.C.A.N.E, this system records user habits and learns to optimize firing logic. It connects directly to prosthetic arms. Calling it a gun would be an understatement, so it is classified as a cannon. It fires nano-particle munitions from four barrels that can be triggered independently. On contact, the particles rapidly oxidize metal for devastating effect. Firing more than 20 consecutive rounds risks overheating and loss of control.
Training Droid [Jeffty]
Baki salvaged a scrap robot and rebuilt it as a punching bag. After 650 punches, it unexpectedly rebooted. Joe later discovered it was an AI-equipped intelligent robot. A static dummy could not meet Baki’s daily training needs, so under Joe’s guidance they scavenged more parts. With modular arm swaps, the droid could spar properly.
The robot chose the name Jeffty. Friendly and chatty, he became both Baki’s training partner and friend, though Baki sometimes found him too talkative. Jeffty’s learning ability proved remarkable. By analyzing Baki’s movements and his own failures, he quickly kept pace with Baki’s growth. As Baki grew stronger, Jeffty did too. However, lacking leg components, Jeffty still loses sparring matches in the end.
