The HeMoXian 1/10 Over Zero Boxer BAKI Overdrive is a plastic model kit from HeMoXian's original Over Zero series, standing approximately 19 cm tall when assembled. The Overdrive edition presents BAKI, the series' brawler-type cyborg, in a white-and-purple color scheme with a combat loadout built around twin drill arm attachments and a pair of Butter Knife MK3 blades. HeMoXian is a Chinese manufacturer whose Over Zero line uses soft-rubber TPE components to simulate muscle deformation during posing, a technology that debuted with the original Boxer BAKI release.

Builder Context

The BAKI Overdrive suits intermediate builders. Assembly is snap-fit with no cement required, and the builder applies the waterslide decals. At 1/10 scale and roughly 19 cm tall, the finished figure is close in height to a Bandai Master Grade 1/100 kit. Its exposed-musculature design and TPE parts build differently from a conventional Gundam inner frame.

Why Build This Kit

The HeMoXian Over Zero Boxer BAKI Overdrive uses the same BAKI base body and TPE musculature as the full Boxer BAKI release, packaged with a focused loadout: two drill arms, two Butter Knife MK3 blades, four pairs of hands, and flexible wire details. It leaves out the full release's training robot, champion belt, Rock Crack gauntlets, ring outfit, and display base, and builds from 27 runners compared with 51 in the full kit. The white-and-purple scheme gives existing Boxer BAKI owners a visually distinct second figure rather than a duplicate. At about 19 cm, BAKI Overdrive stands close to the height of a Bandai MG 1/100 kit, so it displays alongside Master Grade collections without looking out of scale. No display base is included. Standard polystyrene plastic cement does not bond TPE, so modifying the musculature sections requires a different adhesive.
