The Bandai HGCE #250 1/144 ZGMF/A-262PD-P Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam is a High Grade Cosmic Era kit from the animated film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. This landmark 250th mainline HG release features Bandai's SEED Action System internal structure, Real Metallic Gloss Injection gold parts, and UV-reactive gold plastic on the C runner. Recommended for beginner to intermediate builders, this snap-fit kit requires no glue or paint for a color-accurate build. Piloted by Kira Yamato and co-piloted by Lacus Clyne, the Mighty Strike Freedom is the combination of the Strike Freedom Gundam Type II and the Proud Defender support craft, serving as the hero unit in the climax of the film.

  • SEED Action System: Specialized internal structure designed to reproduce dynamic action poses from the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED series, including individually swinging hip joint connections for extended toe and aligned leg poses.
  • Real Metallic Gloss Injection: Gold frame and joint parts use Real Metallic Gloss Injection material for enhanced metallic luster. The gold plastic on the C runner is UV-reactive and illuminates under ultraviolet light.
  • Articulated Wing System: Wing parts feature extensive individual articulation with 8 sliding joints on the white wings to replicate the fully deployed state.

  • Futsunomitama Sword: The included physical sword features two types of surface finishes on the blade to express different textures.
  • Deployable Forehead Cannon: The Disruptor forehead cannon's deployed state can be recreated through part replacement using the included alternate head part.
  • 3D Metallic Stickers: Included metallic stickers provide a luminous effect on the Proud Defender wings for enhanced color separation and shine.
