Description

The Bandai HGGS #40 1/144 ORB-01 Oowashi Akatsuki Gundam is a High Grade Gundam SEED kit based on the iconic gold mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. This version equips the Akatsuki Gundam with the Oowashi Sky Pack, the atmospheric flight backpack initially used by pilot Cagalli Yula Athha. Suitable for beginner to intermediate builders, this snap-fit kit requires no glue or painting, with gold chrome-plated parts reproducing the Yata-no-Kagami mirror armor. Originally released in 2006, the kit uses undergated technology on all chrome parts to minimize nub marks on visible surfaces.
