The Bandai MG 1/100 MS-09R Rick Dom is a Master Grade model kit depicting the Principality of Zeon's mass-produced space combat mobile suit from the original Mobile Suit Gundam series. This 2022 updated release, often referred to as a Ver. 1.5, features a revised inner frame derived from the MG Dwadge with improved articulation and updated exterior armor over the original 1999 MG kit. Recommended for intermediate to advanced builders, this kit offers detailed construction with an inner frame and fully articulated fingers. The Rick Dom served as a stopgap space-use mobile suit between the Zaku II and the delayed Gelgoog during the One Year War, famously used by Zeon pilots including the Black Tri-Stars.
