Ruling is back on Preorder. Due to the current delays at US Customs, all orders placed will take 40-60 days to deliver.

As of writing, RULING is no longer on Preorder. We have secured extra ones and they are ready to be shipped immediately from LA.

1st batch of Ruling has been shipped out from China. The estimated US delivery will be late April ~ Mid May.
