HG 1/144 HGCE STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam
Bandai
$29.00The STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam is a mobile suit introduced in the animated film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. Using all previous operational data from the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam, the unit was designed incorporating transformation technology acquired by Orb through the MVF-M11C Murasame. Also, its weapons are developed and manufactured from PLANT, and latest technologies from various countries and organizations are used to develop this unit. It shares a frame with the STTS-808 Immortal Justice Gundam, as well as containing the same panoramic monitor cockpit and operating system. This state-of-the-art mobile suit is also remarkable in that it is even more compact in size than previous Freedom variants. Its equipment mainly consists of long-distance combat armament, with Variable Phase Shift (VPS) Armor that can neutralize physical ammunition. With its common frame as a base, equipment may be changed depending on usage needs, making this a multi-role unit capable of utilizing numerous variations. Unlike its predecessors, the Rising Freedom Gundam is battery-powered, necessitating the use of various measures to conserve power for its energy-intensive loadout. A planned upgrade was meant to combat the weaknesses of the Rising Freedom being battery-powered with the MDE262S Proud Defender, which would have greatly increased its combat abilities, but the Proud Defender was not completed in time due to development delays, and after the untimely destruction of the Rising Freedom the planned upgrade was re-adjusted for the secretly renovated ZGMF/A-262B Strike Freedom Gundam Type II.

HG 1/144 HGGS MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame
Bandai
$15.00The MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame is a Mobile Suit introduced in the manga Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Astray. It is piloted by Junk Guild member Lowe Guele. The MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame is one of five identical prototype mobile suits developed by Orb using stolen data from the Earth Alliance's G Project. Its original concept was to be a MS that could be piloted by Naturals, and it was eventually loaded with an incomplete Natural-use OS. Most of the technology from the G Project is successfully copied with the exception of Phase Shift armor. In its place, the Gundam Astrays' designers made the machines out of a lighter foam metal compound, with minimal armor over the frame. This made the mobile suits lighter and faster than their G Project counterparts. All five prototype Gundam Astrays are also designed with a backpack that can be lowered to the back skirt armor, allowing the mounting of additional equipment on the back. The Red Frame initially had the same armament as the other prototype Gundam Astrays, consisting of two head-mounted "Igelstellung" 75mm multi-barrel CIWS, two backpack-mounted beam sabers for close combat, a Type 71 beam rifle and a physical shield. Red Frame's pilot, Lowe Guele, eventually acquired another armament - the "Gerbera Straight" katana. To wield this katana effectively, the Red Frame's OS was modified. Lowe also created a 150 meter long version of this sword, however it cannot be carried by the Red Frame in its normal configuration. Lowe also designed a set of upgrades for Red Frame, but they are used to repair Gai's damaged MBF-P03 Gundam Astray Blue Frame instead. When there is a need for flight capability, Red Frame can be fitted with the Flight Unit and when it needs to dive underwater, it can use the Salvage Unit. After his return from Mars, Lowe developed the Caletvwlch and the Ddraig Head. The former is a multifunctional handheld equipment, while the latter is a special head unit designed to complement the former. Like other mobile suits that use beam weapons, the Red Frame is equipped with hand plugs to exchange energy with weapons the suit carries. Although considered a misuse of the system, the energy from the hand plug can be manipulated into an energy ball and discharged. This is often used by Lowe as an emergency weapon, for example to temporarily blind enemies. The mysterious organization, Librarian Works, later created a copy of the Red Frame. Known as Replica Red Frame, it has the same capabilities as the real Red Frame.
SD Gundam Ex-Standard Try Burning Gundam
Bandai
$11.00The TBG-011B Try Burning Gundam is a Gunpla introduced in the anime Gundam Build Fighters Try. Piloted by Sekai Kamiki, it is an upgrade of the BG-011B Build Burning Gundam. Compared to its predecessor, the BG-011B Build Burning Gundam, the Try Burning has reinforced joint armor and is installed with a new system known as the "Burning Burst System" to maximize its Plavsky Particle emission. Similar to the Build Burning, the Try Burning's transparent blue parts are for storing Plavsky Particles for later emission, and more of them are hidden below the armor. Although the suit has no shield, it can defend against projectile and ranged beam attacks using its elbow armor like its predecessor. The suit can also release Plavsky Particles from it soles in an attempt to protect itself from attacks below. Normally, these Plavsky Particles are used for propulsion, much like those released from the Gunpla's back. When Sekai assimilates with Try Burning, its performance improves by more than 3 times and the transparent blue parts turn orange from the change in the Plavsky Particles' color. Furthermore, all the Plavsky Particles stored in the suit can be released at once, and this causes the entire Try Burning to be engulfed in flames. The suit also gains the ability to generate a barrier during assimilation. The weakness of assimilation is that the damages sustained by the Gunpla are reflected onto Sekai. Before the finals of the U-19 Championship, the Try Burning was remodeled so that its polycaps are interchangeable with that of its teammates. This allows the damaged Try Burning to be repaired using its teammates parts, allowing it to fight properly during the overtime battle as the team's representative.

HG 1/144 HGCE GFAS-X1 Destroy Gundam
Bandai
$130.00The GFAS-X1 Destroy Gundam is a transformable heavy assault mobile suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. As its name implies, the GFAS-X1 Destroy Gundam is built for only one purpose: massive destruction. Nearly three times larger than an average MS, it can destroy an enemy mobile suit by simply stepping on it. To accomplish its goal of mass destruction, the unit is equipped with a large array of weapons that allow it to singlehandedly devastate a large city like Berlin or take out an army of mobile suits and support crafts. Its designation, "GFAS-X", stands for "Gressorial Fortress Armament Strategic - EXperimental".Despite its large size, the Destroy Gundam requires only a single pilot unlike its predecessor, the YMAG-X7F Gells-Ghe. However, the pilot has to be a Biological CPU or someone with similar enhancements. The Destroy Gundam is classified as a transformable mobile suit, and usually launches in its MA mode which hovers over the ground at low altitudes through the use of backpack mounted thrusters. It can transform into MS mode by rotating its lower half 180 degrees, lowering the arms and flipping the backpack to the back. The suit's backpack is equipped with three weapons, including two twin barrel high-energy beam cannons, 20 thermal plasma composite cannons mounted around the backpack's circumference, and four 6-tube multipurpose missile launchers. Other weapons include head-mounted 200mm energy cannon and four 75mm CIWS, three chest-mounted 1580mm multi-phase energy cannons, and two detachable arms each equipped with a beam cannon and 5-barrel hand beam gun. The detachable arms function like DRAGOON Pods, allowing the suit to attack its target at any range, regardless of obstacles standing in the way. Aside from its vast array of offensive weaponry, the Destroy Gundam also carries defensive equipment in the form of three positron reflector shields, one in the backpack and usable only in MA mode, and two on the detachable arms.Due to its bulk, the Destroy Gundam has poor mobility and serves more as a movable gun platform. This weakness is often exploited by enemy units, particularly high mobility mobile suits piloted by ace pilots, to take the Destroy Gundam down by closing in and using close combat beam weaponry. Alternatively, DRAGOON Pods armed with beam spikes (such as the large DRAGOON Pods of the ZGMF-X666S Legend Gundam) can penetrate the Destroy's Positron Reflectors and quickly tear through the machine.
