Master Grade 1/100 Gundam

MG models were first introduced in the summer of 1995, designed and made to higher standards than most other models. These kits take much longer to construct and are often much more expensive than their lower-grade counterparts. More recent Master Grade plastic models typically feature a movable inner frame system that enables extensive movement and bending of joints, as well as including standing and seating miniature figures of the pilots of each Gundam model.

Beginning in 2005 with the Zeta Gundam, Older MG Kits would be redesigned under the Ver.2.0 moniker with features such as a full inner frame. The RX-78-2 Gundam has had multiple MG iterations, including a Ver.1.5 that uses a mix of old and new parts, and Ver.3.0 that is modeled after the life-size statue similar to the Real Grade version of the same robot.

Though the name "Master Grade" is widely known because of Gundam, it is not Gundam exclusive as a few Master Grade offerings have come from mechas in Patlabor and Dunbine. Bandai also released a line featuring a series of character figures from Dragon Ball Z, Kamen Rider, and Tiger & Bunny under the name MG Figurerise.

In 2002, a new line of Master Grade kits subtitled "Ver. Ka" was released, which was Master Grades designed by mecha designer Hajime Katoki. Mobile suits chose to become Ver. Ka kits are chosen by annual fan votes. In 2020 a new line, Master Grade Extreme (abbreviated as MGEX) was redesigned of Master Grades that contained additional gimmicks called "Extreme Points". The first model kit of this line is the Unicorn Gundam Ver. Ka contained a LED light strip that ran across the mobile suit, compared to Individual lights that had to be wired throughout the inner frame.

MG 1/100 GAT-X102 Duel Gundam Assault Shroud

Bandai

$51.00

The GAT-X102 Duel Gundam is a mobile suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. It was piloted by Yzak Joule. The Duel Gundam is the first unit to be developed in the Earth Alliance's G Project series of prototype MS. Equipped with the new Phase Shift armor that makes it nearly impervious to most physical weapons, the Duel is designed as a general-purpose machine that has well-balanced performance, and also serves as a development base for the other MS in the project. The Duel's armament consists of two head-mounted "Igelstellung" 75mm multi-barrel CIWS guns, which later become standard weaponry on most Earth Alliance's suits to intercept incoming missiles and closing in enemy units, two beam sabers stored on the backpack and hand-carried for use in close combat, a 57mm high-energy beam rifle with an attached 175mm grenade launcher for ranged combat, and an anti-beam coated shield for defense. Duel also has a rail bazooka as an optional weapon, but it was taken and used by MBF-P01 Gundam Astray Gold Frame to escape from Heliopolis. After being stolen by ZAFT and damaged in battle with the GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike Gundam, the suit is upgraded with the Assault Shroud. The Assault Shroud is a set of ejectable armor mounted on the Duel’s body to enhance overall combat performance. It adds a "Shiva" 115mm railgun to the right shoulder and a 220mm 5-barrel missile pod to the left shoulder for additional firepower, as well as various leg and backpack-mounted thrusters for better mobility. Although the equipment worked well in space, it performs poorly under gravity due to its bulk.

MG 1/100 ZGMF-1017 GINN

MG 1/100 ZGMF-1017 GINN

Bandai

$53.00

The ZGMF-1017 GINN is a mass-produced general purpose mobile suit introduced in the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. ZAFT's first official mass-production mobile suit, the GINN was developed by the Heinlein Design Bureau, one of PLANT's state-run military design bureaus. It boasted higher versatility and expandability than its predecessor, the YMF-01B Proto GINN, and was capable of using a wide variety of weapons. While the GINN inherited much of its design from the Proto GINN, its mobility and maneuverability were greatly improved thanks to enhanced thrusters, including a pair of large backpack thrusters. Although classified as a Zero Gravity Maneuver Fighter, the GINN could function both in space and on Earth. In addition to the head-mounted mono-eye, which served as the mobile suit's main camera, the GINN featured a crest-shaped multi-functional sensor array with a camera at its base (with a LLLTV function), allowing the pilot to gather battlefield information in real time. This system would later be used by many ZAFT mobile suits developed between C.E. 70 and C.E. 71. Another notable feature of the GINN was that it had several hardpoints for mounting or storing its weapons, located on the left, right and back of the waist, as well as on the side of its legs. Most of the GINN's weapons were designed to combat the OMNI Enforcer's mobile armors, including its main weapons, the 76mm heavy assault machine gun and the heavy blade. To adapt to various battlefield situations and combat requirements, such as anti-ship combat or fortress assault, a wide range of optional weapons were developed for the GINN. Among them was the D-type (meaning "destruction") equipment, the heaviest of GINN's weapons, designed for anti-fortification operations. The combat abilities of one GINN was said to be equivalent to that of three to five TS-MA2 Moebius mobile armors used by the OMNI Enforcer, and it could single-handedly destroy an enemy escort ship. This led to the ZAFT gaining an upper hand in the early stages of the war. Due to the GINN's excellent versatility and expandability, many variants were developed and deployed, such as the ZGMF-1017M GINN High Maneuver Type tuned for ace pilots, and the ZGMF-LRR704B GINN Long Range Reconnaissance Type for reconnaissance. Additionally, there are GINN units customized to suit their pilots, such as the ZGMF-1017 Miguel's GINN.

$59.00

The ZGMF-X09A Justice Gundam is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and it is piloted by Athrun Zala. One of ZAFT's five ZGMF-X Gundam units produced in CE 71 using technology derived from the four captured Alliance's Gundam, the Justice Gundam's main feature is the Fatum-00 unit on its back. This complex armament unit normally serves as the main thrusters, granting overwhelming acceleration as well as mobility when deployed horizontally and this configuration is also known as 'High-Mobility Aerial Tactics (HiMAT) Mode'. It also grants flight capabilities in the atmosphere and can be deployed as a separate unmanned unit or a subflight unit. It is armed with beam cannons and machine guns.Other weapons of the Justice included beam sabers, beam rifle, shield, beam boomerangs and head-mounted CIWS guns. In comparison to the other ZGMF-X Gundam units, the Justice's armament is relatively simple and pales in firepower compared to its sibling, the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam. However, the Justice's true value lies in its incredible mobility and the various tactics it can employ using the Fatum-00. It can also dock with a support unit, the METEOR unit, for heavier firepower and greater speed, and has an advanced targeting system, the Multi Lock-On System, which allows it to fire at multiple enemy units simultaneously.Justice also has a tall sensor spine on the top of its head, similar to that of the GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam, and this enhances its ability to collect information in the battlefield. It is designed to be operated alongside the Freedom and for this purpose, the warship Eternal is designed specifically to maintain both suits. Like the four other ZGMF-X Gundam units, Justice is armored with Phase Shift Armor and has virtually unlimited combat endurance as it is powered by a nuclear reactor thanks to the Neutron Jammer Canceller.

MG 1/100 XXXG-01W Wing Gundam

Bandai

$49.00

The XXXG-01W Wing Gundam (aka Zero-One or Gundam 01) is the titular mobile suit of the anime Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. It was primarily piloted by Heero Yuy. Out of the five original Gundams created for Operation Meteor, Wing Gundam is the most well-balanced in terms of abilities and bears the closest resemblance to their common ancestor: the XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero. Like Wing Zero, the Wing Gundam can transform into an alternate flight form known as "Bird Mode" and has a powerful Buster Rifle as part of its armaments. However, the "ZERO System" interface (which had technical problems) and other parts considered to be excessive were not included, and the skills of the pilot are needed to make up for the shortfall. Its cockpit is a spherical capsule surrounded by a linear frame, and it swivels in the same direction as the mobile suit's head. Unlike the standard OZ cockpit, it is a floating cockpit with a shock mitigation function. The major contributor to Wing's mobility is the pair of wing units on its backpack. These units not only generate lift, but can also change the aerodynamic characteristics of the mobile suit through the movements of their individual panels, supporting a range of speeds from stall to hypersonic. Even in outer space, these wing units exhibit high attitude control capability using both AMBAC and built-in vernier thrusters. By transforming into Bird Mode, Wing's mobility and movement range are increased further, allowing it to conduct operations that other Gundams could not. The leg thrusters on the back of the knees serve as the main verniers in Bird Mode, and are also used for dashing on the ground in MS mode.

The XXXG-01S Shenlong Gundam (aka Shenlong, Nataku, or Gundam Zero-Five) is mobile suit featured in the manga Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Endless Waltz: Glory of the Losers and was piloted by Chang Wufei. The Shenlong Gundam is built by Master O of the L5 Colonies. Reflecting the philosophy of Master O who specializes in machine's drive systems, the Shenlong excels in close combat and has high agility. For this reason, it has the highest level of fighting ability out of the five Gundams, with its joints' range of motion enough to reproduce Chinese martial arts. Its primary armament consisted of head-mounted vulcans, a Chinese-style "Beam Trident", a shield on the left arm, and a Chinese inspired "Dragon Fang" on the right forearm.

MG 1/100 GN-003 Gundam Kyrios

MG 1/100 GN-003 Gundam Kyrios

Bandai

$61.00

The GN-003 Gundam Kyrios (aka Gundam Kyrios, Kyrios) is a mobile suit featured in season one of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 and is piloted by Allelujah Haptism. In AD 2307, the paramilitary organization, Celestial Being, deployed four third-generation Gundams with the objective of eradicating world conflicts through armed interventions. The Gundam Kyrios is one of them and its most prominent feature is a transformation mechanism for switching between MS Form (also known as "MS Mode") and Flight Form (also known as "Flight Mode", "Flight Position") which was tested by its predecessor, the second-generation GNY-003 Gundam Abulhool. The Kyrios' mobility and maneuverability are greatly enhanced in Flight Form, exceeding those of the other Gundams and mobile suits utilized by the three major powers. The transformation mechanism also grants high operability, allowing Kyrios to carry another mobile suit on top during Flight Form and a partial transformation where its upper body turns into that of the MS Form's is also possible. Like its fellow Gundams, Kyrios has a semi-perpetual GN Drive in the center of its body that provides almost limitless energy and produces special, multifunctional GN Particles.Mobile suits capable of switching between MS and Flight Forms are also deployed by two major powers, but they are not designed with mid-air transformation in mind like Kyrios. The old VMS-15 Union Realdo and AEU-05 AEU Hellion (belonging to the Union and AEU respectively) have incomplete transformation mechanisms, requiring parts swapping in designated facilities to operate in the different forms; although their respective successor, the SVMS-01 Union Flag and AEU-09 AEU Enact, can transform in mid-air, this is achieved through a piloting technique known as "Graham Maneuver" (also known as "Graham Special") and not an inherent feature. On the other hand, the Kyrios has a complete transformation mechanism enabled by a control system using the special GN Particles. As a result, not only can Kyrios freely transform within and outside of the atmosphere, it also gains mobility, maneuverability and versatility that greatly surpassed those of other mobile suits with Flight Forms. It should be noted that Kyrios' transformation still requires some degree of piloting skills, but can theoretically be performed by anyone. The Kyrios' cockpit is similar to other Gundams', but the control system differs due to its Flight Form and the pilot seat can rotate to match the different forms. Another feature that takes into account the Flight Form's design is the mounting of Kyrios' main thrusters, a pair of GN Verniers, on the outer side of each leg. Such a layout is rare for Gundams, where the main thrusters are often located on the back and waist, and ensures the verniers face backward to generate high thrust during Kyrios' Flight Form. The GN Verniers create thrust by releasing GN Particles, and have a mechanism whereby their cores are revealed when being activated and when increasing their output. While all Gundams can fly due to the use of GN Particles, only Kyrios can achieve high-speed flight due to its more aerodynamic shape while in Flight Form. Various sensors are built into the Flight Form's nose unit, giving it high detection capabilities. Due to the nose unit and stabilizer being folded onto the back while in MS Form, the conical rear cover of the Kyrios' GN Drive has a flatter end than the other Gundams'.Light purple-colored "GN Cables" in various body locations facilitate the supply of GN Particles to each part of the Kyrios and for attitude control purposes via the particles' mass manipulation ability. These GN Particles are also utilized for beam weaponry, generation of defensive GN Field barrier, and stealth purposes as they can cause electromagnetic interference, leaving conventional communications and radar devices useless. Additionally, by maximizing its particle emission and deploying them in front of itself, Kyrios can conduct atmospheric entry on its own. This is because the emitted particles can shield the Kyrios from the aerodynamic heating caused by the adiabatic compression during the entry process. A pair of torso-mounted clavicle antennas serves as the primary control device for these special particles, and GN Condensers are placed throughout the body to store excess particles, ensuring a reserve that the Kyrios can rely on when its operation consumed more particles than what the GN Drive can produce instantaneously. All these GN Particles related features are also found on the other Gundams.Compared to other Gundams, Kyrios' armament configuration is simple and consisted of GN Beam Submachine Gun, GN Shield, GN Beam Sabers and GN Vulcans, but its high mobility enabled it to display high combat capabilities. It can also mount optional weapons in the form of GN Hand Missile Units, Tail Unit equipped with various missiles and air-to-surface bombs, and Tail Booster with large GN Verniers and GN Cannons. Its MS Form has a balance of ranged and melee combat capabilities, with destructive power comparable to its fellow Gundams, while its Flight Form excels at high-speed hit-and-run attacks. With the Tail Unit attached, the Flight Form can adapt to a variety of missions, and when fitted with the Tail Booster instead, the Flight Form's mobility and firepower are boosted. Like its fellow Gundams, the Kyrios can activate the "Trans-Am System" during an emergency, boosting its thrust and defensive strength, as well as increase its output to three times that of its normal specifications for a limited time period. The Kyrios also glows red as a side-effect, but this system is a double-edged sword as the machine's performance drops dramatically once it ends.Optional add-on equipment was also developed, namely the Gust equipment that changes Kyrios into the GN-003/af-G02 Gundam Kyrios Gust, which has enhanced mobility, long-range attack capabilities and can operate at up to 600km in the thermosphere. Celestial Being was defeated by the UN Forces in AD 2308 and the HRL acquired the wrecked Kyrios, minus its GN Drive that was ejected prior to capture. A reborn Celestial Being then surfaced in AD 2312 with new Gundams including the transformable GN-007 Arios Gundam, Kyrios' successor with superior specifications. Around the same time, the Earth Sphere Federation's autonomous peacekeeping force, the A-Laws, deployed the new GNX-704T Ahead developed by former HRL engineers; these engineers were selected as the developers partly because the HRL seemingly gained an edge in mobile suit development through the tests they conducted on the Kyrios. Feedback from the data of the captured Kyrios was later utilized by former AEU and Union engineers in the development of the transformable GNX-903VS Brave (Standard Test Type) and its commander variant, which were deployed by the Earth Sphere Federation in AD 2314.

MG 1/100 GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam

MG 1/100 GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam

Bandai

$59.00

The GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam is a Mobile Suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. It is piloted by Athrun Zala. Designated as the commander unit of the Alliance's G Project due to its enhanced communication and analysis capabilities, Aegis also has heavy attack power as well as Phase Shift armor and can transform into a mobile armor (MA) due to its X300-series frame. In MA mode, it has two different sub modes, 'Cruise' and 'Attack'. When in 'MA Cruise Mode', Aegis has higher speed and acceleration, while in 'MA Attack Mode', it can destroy enemy ship/mobile suit with its "Scylla" 580mm energy cannon directly or grab onto them with its four limbs first then destroy them using the cannon. Other weaponry includes two head-mounted CIWS, a hand-held beam rifle, a shield and a beam saber in each limb.Aegis also has a large sensor unit at the top of its head and unlike most suits, its main thrusters seem to be located in the side binders on its waist. Due to the transformation system, Aegis's internal structure is more complex and it is for this reason that there are no mass production variants of the suit. The three different modes (MS Mode, MA Cruise Mode and MA Attack Mode) also means that Aegis's pilot needs to have higher skills to be able to use the suit effectively.

MG 1/100 RGM-89 Jegan

MG 1/100 RGM-89 Jegan

Bandai

$49.00

The RGM-89 Jegan is a mass-produced general-purpose mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. A state-of-the-art machine adopted by the Earth Federation Forces in U.C. 0089 as its main force mobile suit, the Jegan comes from the lineage of the RGM-79 GM as inferred by its "RGM" model number. However, it was not developed by the Earth Federation Forces' own engineers like most previous RGM series mobile suit. Instead, it was produced and supplied by the Anaheim Electronics (AE). Created through combining the Earth Federation Forces' expertise of the GM series with AE's MS development technologies, the Jegan's performance is significantly higher than the RGM-86R GM III. It also has improved productivity due to the use of Titanium Alloy Ceramic Composite armor, as well as high operability, and excellent versatility. All these allows it to become the "next-generation standard MS", and it operated as the main force MS for a long period of time. Several variations of the MS were also developed. The original Jegan is sometimes referred to as "Jegan Type-A" to differentiate it from later variants, and should not be confused with the later RGM-89R Jegan A-Type.The Jegan highly exemplified the original concept of MS being "mobile infantry for melee combat", and is designed for close combat in and around space colonies. It can also operate under gravity without any modifications. With a backpack containing a single main thruster, two small thrusters at the bottom, and two articulated vernier arms at the top, the Jegan's thrust and acceleration performance could match-high mobility-type machines from the Gryps War-era. Its backpack also featured exchangeable propellant tanks. Also notable are the verniers for attitude controls on the front shoulder armor, enlarged centre shoulder armor sections to fit the side thrusters, and a calf-mounted thruster on each leg. The use of lightened armor grants the machine high maneuverability, its front skirt armor is removed to maintain the legs' range of articulation, while its head has a long-range sensor installed in the forehead in addition to the fixed main sensors. The Jegan is armed with mainly short-range weaponry, including a beam saber, a short-range type beam rifle, three hand grenades, a vulcan pod system, and a shield with twin missile launchers.

MG 1/100 ZGMF-X13A Providence Gundam

MG 1/100 ZGMF-X13A Providence Gundam

Bandai

$61.00

The ZGMF-X13A Providence Gundam is a mobile suit introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and is piloted by Rau Le Creuset. Like the other ZGMF-X series of Gundams created by ZAFT in CE 71, the Providence is equipped with Neutron Jammer Canceller and powered by a nuclear reactor. It is also armored with Phase Shift armor and features armaments reverse engineered from the stolen mobile suits of the Earth Alliance. Initially designed as a close combat unit with large beam sabers, the Providence is later changed into a DRAGOON system equipped unit when Rau Le Creuset is designated as its pilot and because it could be powered by the nuclear reactor, but it still retains the heavy armor of the former's design. As this change is made after the main body's design is completed, some of the new parts could not be integrated into the body. An example is the six quantum communication cables running from the backpack to the chest that are mounted externally due to lack of interior space. Though exposed, these cables still have solid protection as they are covered by Phase Shift armor. The DRAGOON system is the Providence's main weapon and is first tested on the YMF-X000A Dreadnought Gundam. It allows pilot with high spatial awareness, like Rau, to control multiple wireless guided weapon pods through quantum communication, hence enabling a single mobile suit to simultaneously battle with multiple enemies and attack from multiple directions, including its blindspot. The Providence's DRAGOON system is mounted on the large backpack and the hips, and includes 11 weapon pods that mount a total of 43 beam gun. Paired with the Multi Lock-On System, it is virtually impossible for these weapon pods to miss its mark. The suit's backpack has thrusters of different sizes to prevent loss of mobility caused by added weight of the DRAGOON Systems. Other armaments of the suit include four CIWS guns, a shield with two beam guns and a large beam saber, and a hand-carried large beam rifle. It was considered one of the most powerful mobile suits in C.E.71.

$31.00

The GF13-017NJII God Gundam (aka G Gundam, Burning Gundam in the English dub) is the titular Mobile Fighter of Mobile Fighter G Gundam. It was the second Mobile Fighter used by Neo Japan in the 13th Gundam Fight, and is piloted by Domon Kasshu. The successor of the GF13-017NJ Shining Gundam, the God Gundam was developed by Dr. Mikamura almost single-handedly and customized for Domon Kasshu. Even in Normal Mode, its power surpassed that of the Shining Gundam's Super Mode. In addition, it could achieve an even more powerful state called Hyper Mode. Its chest was equipped with the Energy Multiplier System, a unique system that allows energy to be refined in a similar manner to Qi. When piloted by Domon, the King of Heart emblem would appear upon it. It was part of a larger system called the Artificial Aura Generator. The six Core Lander wings on its back (which were named "Dream", "Illusion", "Bubble", "Shadow", "Dew", and "Lightning", after a passage from the Diamond Sutra) and the two short antennas on its head serve as magnetic field generating devices, while the two long antennas function as intelligence-gathering devices. When Hyper Mode is activated, the Energy Multiplier opens up, the six wings deploy, and a ring of light appears on the God Gundam's back, coating it in a magnetic field that improves its mobility through a full-body magnet coating. The God Gundam was armed with a pair of head-mounted vulcan guns, a pair of 3-barrel machine cannons mounted on the upper chest, and a pair of beam swords known as "God Slash". In Hyper Mode, it was capable of using a finisher move known as Bakunetsu God Finger, a refined and more powerful version of Shining Finger. Its forearms were covered in armor known as "G Knuckles" or "God Finger Protectors", which were based on the finishing move of Neo Albania's Gundam Fighter during the 12th Gundam Fight.

$61.00

The MVF-X08 Eclipse Gundam (MVF-X08 エクリプスガンダム?) is a custom-made Mobile Suit from the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Eclipse manga. It was piloted by Tatsumi Hori for the Orb Disaster Relief Team.A custom Mobile Suit developed in secret by Orb. Its most prominent feature was its ability to transform from a flight form to an MS form. It was equipped with a Mirage Colloid function, and was armed with functions specialized for the ODR, an organization that excelled in covert operations. Two units have been confirmed to exist. The MVF-X01 Eclipse was also developed with the aim of giving an MS the functions of a supersonic fighter capable of operating at ultra-high speeds, high altitudes and cruising extremely long-distances. Unlike the MVF-M11C Murasame, which was also a transformable aerial combat MS developed by Orb to defend territorial waters and airspace, the Eclipse had capabilities that allowed it to attack enemy bases. Although these Mobile Suits have similar model numbers, they are machines created with different design philosophies.Eclipse is a special mobile suit that it places burden on a bodily-inexperienced pilot, as revealed in chapter 12 Gundam Seed Eclipse manga, where Tatsumi Hori spilled his blood from his mouth as he couldn't take the attack pressure from both Ginn Gladiator and Aile Calamity Gundam.

$47.00

The XXXG-01D2 Gundam Deathscythe Hell (aka Deathscythe Hell, or Gundam Zero-Two) is the upgraded version of XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. It is piloted by Duo Maxwell. An updated version of the XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe that was destroyed by OZ, the Deathscythe Hell is better adapted for space combat. Like its predecessor, the Deathscythe Hell specializes in stealth and close combat. The new active cloak mounted on the shoulders improve the suit's defense when closed, and can withstand multiple beam cannon shots from OZ's OZ-02MD Virgo. Furthermore, it also allows the suit to become invisible. When opened, the active cloak enhances the Gundam's mobility. One of Duo Maxwell's favorite strategies is to use the Gundam's enhanced hyper jammers and its invisibility to sneak close to enemy units and catch them unawares. This tactic is usually good for taking out at least one or two enemy units, after which Duo will uncloak the Gundam.Deathscythe Hell's primary weapon is a Twin Beam Scythe, an upgraded version of its predecessor's Beam Scythe, and it is equipped with a second beam scythe blade and a small rocket engine on the end, giving it a greater reach and power. The Deathscythe Hell's secondary weapon is a Buster Shield on the left forearm which can be deployed as a projectile weapon. Like the original Deathscythe's, this buster shield can also emit a beam blade. Lastly, the Deathscythe Hell retained the Deathscythe's head-mounted vulcan guns, but the clavicle-mounted machine guns were removed.

$49.00

The MS-18E Kämpfer (ケンプファー Kenpufā?) is a heavy assault mobile suit featured in the Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket OVA. It was piloted by Mikhail Kaminsky of Zeon's Cyclops Team during the One Year War. The "E" in the MS-18E Kämpfer's model number was an abbreviation for the German word "Einhauen," which translates to "one strike." "One strike" summed up the suit's role as a fast assault unit that was meant to strike quickly, cause massive damage with its varied weapons loadout, and make a fast escape. The Kämpfer was a very focused design, never intended to work outside of its role. Within this role it was an exceptional unit, rivaling the Federation's RX series in firepower and speed. It was equipped with numerous thrusters and verniers to achieve high maneuverability. Conversely, the large number of thrusters resulted in higher fuel consumption rate, limiting its operational time. The Kämpfer's design opted for minimal armor, even removing the hip-mounted skirt armor found on most mobile suits. The choice of conventional shell-based weapons rather than beam weapons was made to reduce the drain on its reactor and resultant drop in speed. Weapon racks were designed to be ejected from the unit as they were expended, minimizing dead weight. The Kämpfer was intended to be operated by special forces, and was built to be easily disassembled and reassembled in blocks, aiding in its infiltration behind enemy lines.

$32.00

The RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type is a ground based predecessor to the RGM-79 GM. It first appeared in Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. An early prototype of the Earth Federation Forces' mobile suit mass production project, the GM Ground Type was developed before the RX-78-2 Gundam's operational data was recovered. Even though it was only able to operate on Earth, its internal parts were all tuned for ground combat, and it was equipped with Luna Titanium armor, causing its mobility, maneuverability, and general performance to surpass the later RGM-79 GM.It is said that its performance under gravity even rivals that of the RX-78.The GM Ground Type was a simplified version of the RX-79[G] Gundam Ground Type, and produced using the same production line.Compared to the Gundam Ground Type, the GM Ground Type omitted the chest-mounted Vulcan gun and multi-launcher, the weapon container mount on the backpack, and was equipped with a less powerful generator. It also did not incorporate parts from the RX-78 series, though its head unit was similar in specs to that of the RX-78's.Since it was produced after the production format was established, its ease of production, ease of maintenance and availability of parts were all greater than its predecessor.Due to its use of Luna Titanium alloy, it was unsuited for mass production and produced in limited numbers. However, the GM Ground Type was important in establishing the EFF's mobile suit production framework. The operational data it collected contributed to the development of later mobile suits. Finally, the basic structure of its head was later inherited by the RGM-79 GM, becoming the iconic face of Federation mass production mobile suits.

$43.00

The MS-06S Zaku II Commander Type (aka MS-06S Zaku II, MS-06S, S Type) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam. One such unit was famously piloted by Char Aznable. Developed in response to veteran pilots' request for a high performance unit, the MS-06S Zaku II Commander Type was far more mobile than its predecessor, the MS-06F Zaku II, but was also far more difficult to control. Compared to the F Type, the S Type's vernier nozzles were enlarged, and the output of its main thrusters were increased by 30% while retaining the same size. To make space for the improved thrusters and enlarged propellant tanks, various automatic control systems of the F Type were removed. While this reduced S Type's operability, it also enabled experienced pilots to disable many unnecessary limiters and push the mobile suit to its structural limit.Other changes from the F Type included the S Type's generator being 5% lighter, and its armor composition and structure were improved, improving its overall power-weight ratio. Finally, the S Type were all equipped with a head-mounted multi-blade antenna. Though the antenna itself was identical to those found on the F Type, the structure at its base was different, giving it improved communications and enemy detection capabilities. Despite having many special internal components, the S Type still shared 80-90% of its parts with the F Type, making it easy to resupply and maintain. This also meant that like the F Type, it could easily be modified to operate in space or under gravity.

$40.00

The RGM-79SP GM Sniper II (ジム・スナイパーII Jimu sunaipā II?) is a variant of the RGM-79G GM Command and first appeared in Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Based on the GM Command series and the concept of the RGM-79SC GM Sniper Custom deployed earlier in the war, the GM Sniper II is a high-performance machine capable of using specialized weaponry at maximum capacity for ultra-long range engagements. It was the last and most advanced of the Federation's line of GM Sniper mobile suits during the One Year War. It was also one of the last GM-type units to be developed during the war.The GM Sniper II's specialized head visor has built-in compound sensors with specialized laser sensors, powerful zoom cameras and image stabilizers for precision, long range targeting. During operation, goggles cover the main camera and other elements of the head sensor array, and together with head unit coolers, they physically eliminate noise interference and enhance long range sniping capabilities. The suit is one of the few capable of accurately firing MS sized sniper rifles that used physical projectiles. Unlike beam weapons, these rifles are not affected by magnetic forces or solar winds, but only a few were made.Operationally, the GM Sniper II was used to eliminate priority targets such as base ships and command machines from beyond the range of conventional weapons. However, the suit is not just a long-range specialist. Like the highly regarded GM Sniper Custom deployed earlier, the GM Sniper II maintains versatility while having enhanced performance. It has sufficient specifications for mid-range support and close combat, and can use almost any existing MS armament. In terms of overall performance, it was one of the few machines to match the RX-78-2 Gundam, which was the standard against which other Federation suits were held to. In fact, its specifications on paper were superior to the Gundam's, and it was one of the few Federation production suits that could take on the MS-14A Gelgoog in a one-on-one fight. The armor of the GM Sniper II is reinforced with pieces of Luna Titanium alloy, and mobility is improved via sub-thrusters in various locations and a total of six large vernier thrusters – two in the backpack and four on the legs. The four large vernier thrusters in the legs have high output to make up for the shortfall in the output of the backpack thrusters, which are designed for precision, and boasts superb pitching performance (rapid up and down movements). The suit's main verniers are built along the machine's core axis, an arrangement also used in later MS such as the MSA-003 Nemo and RGM-89 Jegan. This is an effective way to boost mobility while maintaining the same basic silhouette. The suit's torso is an upgraded version of the GM Command's, and has superior specifications with additional waste heat and electrical noise suppression material. Its arms are constructed with the same parts used in other GM models, but with highly tuned servos and actuators and an updated driver.Only very few GM Sniper II were manufactured due to it being developed late in the war. Production costs were also undeniably higher than standard mass-produced machines, and apart from a few prototypes built for test purposes, the suit did not have any follow up models. The GM Sniper II was however used as the basis for the RX-80, a mobile suit that became the base unit for the Project Pale Rider. It is believed that the GM Sniper II's development team later worked on the Nemo, but this is unconfirmed. Due to the GM Sniper II's excellent performance and shooting capabilities, it continued to be used for sniping missions long after the war ended. Units deployed by the Titans have a dark blue color scheme and updated features such as a new optical camera system for long-range shooting and improved sensor radius.
