The Bandai HGCE #246 1/144 GFAS-X1 Destroy Gundam is a High Grade Cosmic Era model kit based on the transformable heavy assault mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. Standing approximately 390mm (15.34 inches) tall, this kit towers over standard 1/144 scale HG kits, accurately representing the massive scale of the Destroy Gundam in-universe. Recommended for beginner to intermediate builders, this snap-fit kit requires no painting or glue. Released in 2024 to coincide with the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom film, this kit brings one of SEED Destiny's most iconic mobile suits to the HG line for the first time.

• Polarized Beam Effects: Includes a large beam effect part approximately 260mm long, made with polarized light molding that shifts color depending on the viewing angle and light source.
• Action Base Compatible: The detachable arm units can be connected to Action Bases (sold separately) for dramatic DRAGOON-style floating displays.
• Dynamic Posing: Joint mechanisms throughout the body enable a wide range of dynamic poses despite the kit's imposing size.
