The Geno Breaker (ジェノブレイカー, Jeno Bureikā) (EZ-034) is a Tyrannosaurus-type Zoid, and one of over 200 species of biomechanical lifeforms depicted by TOMY's Zoids franchise. Based on the Geno Saurer, the Geno Breaker was first released in 2000, and the Zoid plays a significant role in both the Battle Story and the Zoids: Guardian Force anime. The Geno Breaker is a main rival to the Blade Liger.Designed for speed and mobility, instead of back-mounted cannons like in the Geno Saurer the Geno Breaker has a large thruster pack, allowing the Zoid limited flight capability. The pack also is equipped with a large pair of multi-purpose claws mounted on extendable mechanical arms known as X-Breakers.Besides serving as close combat weapons, the X-Breakers are heavily armoured, allowing them to be used as shields. There are no cannons like on Geno Saurer's nose, but instead the Geno Breaker features a retractable Laser Charging Blade.Its Charged Particle Cannon can now be fired from the air, with the Breaker countering the recoil of the blast with its boosters, as well as in any direction the pilot wishes, be it on the ground or in the air.For all its strengths, the Geno Breaker's specialised design leaves it lacking rear protection[citation needed], as all of its weapons are fixed facing forwards.In the anime, the Geno Breaker (as well as the earlier Geno Saurer) is depicted with an additional weapon. It is able to launch its hands on long, retractable cables like grappling hooks to grab and restrain Zoids at a distance, and pull them into its line of fire. However, unlike the Geno Saurer, the Geno Breaker was never depicted as being able to deliver an electrical shock through the claws. The anime also depicts the Geno Breaker with an Energy Shield, which it deploys by linking together the tips of its X-Breakers.

The Rev Raptor (レブラプター EZ-027) (also stylized as Rev Rapter) is a Velociraptor-type of Zoid affiliated with the Guylos Empire, and is one of over 200 species of bio-mechanical lifeforms that form the Zoid race depicted in TOMY's Zoids franchise. The Rev Raptor possesses a considerable array of melee weapons for a Zoid of its size, but lacks any ranged weapons by default. As a result, it is often at a disadvantage against theoretically weaker Zoids, such as the Godos or Guysak. However, should it get in close it can defeat theoretically stronger Zoids. They work best in masses and in the Battle Story, a pack of Raptors were able to collectively take down a much larger Gojulas.Many variants of the Rev Raptor exist, which do feature the addition of ranged weapons.

The Liger Zero (ライガーゼロ Raigā Zero) is a Lion-type Zoid, one of over 200 species of bio-mechanical life forms that form the Zoid race, providing the basis for TOMY’s Zoids franchise. It is the protagonist Zoid and Hero Zoid in both the Zoids: New Century and Zoids: Fuzors anime series.The Zero also features in both the Chaotic Century and New Century manga series and played a role in the Battle Story. The Shield Liger's is the opposite of the Zaber Fang, mechanically the two designs share a number of components.Fast and agile in its day, the Shield Liger's performance has been exceeded by more modern Zoids. However, the Shield Liger remains a capable and versatile Zoid.The Shield Liger's most distinctive feature is the Energy Shield built into its mane that gives it its name. The Pteras (RZ-010) (プテラス originally named the Puterasu) is a Pterosaur-type of Zoid, a one of over 200 species of bio-mechanical lifeforms that form the Zoids race depicted in TOMY's Zoids Franchise. The Pteras uses Magnesser Wing technology to provide lift and propulsion. These wings use magnetic repulsion to lift the Zoid and move it once airborne. This system makes the Pteras very easy to learn and operate.The Pteras' weapons load primarily consists of missiles for both air and ground attack. If its missiles are depleted, the Zoid is left with a single small cannon for defense, making it rather vulnerable in longer engagements. Its speed and agility is somewhat lacking, when compared to most other airborne Zoids. However, the Pteras does have some ground capability.

Micro Set is a very versatile decal setting solution that does several things to Microscale Decals to improve the application. Micro Set should be applied to the surface of the model where you will be sliding the decal off the paper backing. Micro Set prepares the surface with special wetting agents that cut the oils into new paint and convert the adhesive on the back of the decal to a stronger and longer-lasting one. In addition, Micro Set slightly softens the decal film to make it more flexible so that it will conform better to the model's surface. Better adhesion of the decal to the model prevents tiny air bubbles from forming and results in an invisible carrier film for the so-called "painted-on look." To apply Micro Set: Use a soft flat artist's brush and apply Micro Set where you are going to apply the decal. Then slide the decal off the backing paper using a small pointed tip synthetic bristle brush to carefully position the decal in its proper position. Blot the decal carefully with a tissue or paper toweling, being careful not to disturb its position. Allow the decal to dry overnight. It will then be ready for a protective coat of Micro Coat Flat, Satin, or Gloss.

Micro Sol setting solution is for the most difficult irregular surfaces to be found on models. It completely softens the Microscale Decal, allowing it to drape down onto the surface of the model, conforming perfectly to surface irregularities without distortion. The most amazing results in seemingly impossible places are possible because Micro Sol actually makes the decal part of the painted surface. For that reason, you should coat Micro Sol on for only a few seconds and then leave it alone. It does the work. Do not touch until the decal has dried, as the decal is very soft at this stage and could be easily damaged. For the best results, first, apply Micro Sol to prepare the surface and enhance the adhesive. Make sure the surface is free of particles that could get under the decal's film and cause a blemish. Then, when everything is dry enough that the decal will not move easily, apply Micro Sol with a small flat brush. Apply with as few strokes as possible so as not to disturb the decal. Then allow the decal to dry without disturbing it. One application is enough in most cases but, if necessary, a second application of Micro Sol can be helpful.
