The Bandai 30MM #42 1/144 EXM-A9a Spinatio (Army Type) is a snap-fit plastic model kit from Bandai's 30 Minutes Missions original mecha line. This Army Type variant brings a military-themed aesthetic to the popular Spinatio frame from the Maxion Army, the third faction in the 30MM universe. Suitable for beginner to intermediate builders, the kit assembles without glue or paint thanks to color-separated runners. Released in February 2022, the Spinatio (Army Type) is an all-in-one set that includes the base frame, armor, and a full complement of weapons.

Key Features

• All-in-One Design: Includes the base Spinatio frame, full armor set, and weapon loadout in a single kit - no separate expansion packs required.
• Military Motif: Features earthy, army-inspired color tones that distinguish this variant from the ninja-themed Spinatio releases.
• Wide Range of Articulation: Ball-and-socket joints, double-jointed knees, 360-degree waist rotation, and pivoting ankle joints allow for dynamic posing.
• 3mm Joint Compatibility: Multiple 3mm ports and c-clip bars across the body enable extensive customization with other 30MM series option parts and add-on kits.
• No-Pinch Assembly: The kit is engineered so that no parts are pinched or sandwiched during construction, making disassembly and part-swapping easy.
• Removable Armor System: Armor parts can be attached or removed freely, and shoulder joints can be swapped for armor-compatible pieces.
• Action Base Compatible: The Spinatio can mount onto any Bandai Action Base (sold separately) for aerial display poses.
