Description

The Bandai HGUC #17 MS-09F/trop Dom Tropen is a 1/144 scale snap-fit model kit based on the mass-production ground combat mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. The Dom Tropen was specially designed for tropical and desert combat operations, featuring modified intake filters and enhanced cooling systems for its thermonuclear jet hover engines. This kit is suitable for beginner to intermediate builders, requiring no glue or paint for basic assembly. Designed by Masanori Shino, it was first released in November 2000 as part of the early HGUC lineup.

  • Desert Combat Specialist: Faithfully reproduces the Dom Tropen's distinctive silhouette, a Zeon mobile suit optimized for ground operations in tropical and arid environments.
  • Articulated Index Finger: The index finger on each hand can pivot independently, allowing realistic weapon-gripping poses with the Raketen Bazooka.
  • Weapon Storage: The Heat Saber can be mounted on the rear right side joint for stored poses, and Bazooka Ammo clips can be attached to the rear waist and front skirt armor.
