The Bandai HGUC #202 1/144 RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type is a High Grade Universal Century kit based on the Earth Federation mass-production mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. An early prototype in the EFF's mobile suit program, the GM Ground Type served as the backbone of ground combat operations during the One Year War, deployed alongside the Gundam Ground Type and Gundam Ez8. This snap-fit plastic kit is suitable for beginner to intermediate builders and requires no painting or glue for a complete build. The kit was first released in January 2017 and features modern HGUC engineering with double-jointed elbows and knees.
